Holding onto Hera, slender as she was, proved much more difficult than bench-pressing ever had, because the bar and weights had never been thrashing, screaming, begging to be let go.

During a mission, an unplanned explosion happens and leaves Ezra in the emergency room. After waking up, the crew realize that there is another threat that could kill Ezra.

It had been the same since he was adopted into the family at 7 years old. For the first four years of his life at the Bridger's they had tried to change him. They then realized he was never going to work neglecting soon transformed into abuse and everything changed when his father took it too far. Lost in unfamiliar territory, the objective is no longer to fight the Empire, but to survive.

(Spoilers for S2 finale!) After the disastrous events on Malachor, Kanan becomes very much concerned about Ezra. Knowing that his Padawan has been trying to open the Sith holocron, Kanan knows he must confront Ezra. And this time, he isn't confronting Ezra as his mentor, but rather as a father. (slight AU where Ezra doesn't open the holocron at the end of the finale!)

When a mission goes wrong, Ezra and Sabine get trapped in a fire. They learn that a physical fire can strengthen the fire of the heart and of a bond. No romance, just family relationships. Family/Hurt/Comfort/ and a little Adventure.
