This is an alternative story line to Resistence, which begins at the point after Stefan has witnessed the consensual claiming of Damon in the dining room in front of the other guests, Damon has given Yvonne his collar to protect her and therefore leaves himself open to attack and begins to initiate sex with Klaus to please him enough for protection. This is almost like a sequel to my story "As I lay Dying With a Friend" but not really. It takes place after it, but it's not like if you haven't read that story, you won't understand this one.
