About me:

To put it simply, I am a nerd. I love technology, books, games, fantasy, sci-fi, and many other things closely related to the what the general public precieves to be part of "nerd" culture.

I am an otaku in every sense of the word, positive and negative. I absolutely love anime and manga. My current count for the number I have read/watched goes up to at least 900, and it's steadily increasing. I am into almost every type of anime/manga sans yuri and yaoi(I'm not against homosexuality, it just doesn't appeal to me ): Shounen, shoujo, seinen, josei, manhwa, action, romance, horror, mystery fighting cooking, etc. I am also somewhat of a shut-in. I do have friends but we usually hang out indoors and play video games, I'm not that fond of outside activities except for martial arts and the occasional bike ride.

As a gamer I believe I am well rounded. I play on all types of platforms from all companies. I have my PS1 and PS2, my N64, my Xbox 360, my GB and DS, and last but not least my custom built computer. I also play all types of video games: Shooters, role-playing, MMOs, puzzle, arcade, platformers, adventure, stealth, strategy, rythem, and casual games like Zuma and Peggle. I've never played any visual novels or dating sims but if I could get my hands on any I would be glad to try them.

I love music. I can listen to almost every kind of music, and in almost any language. The language doesn't matter to me as long as the song is good. I can listen from everything from classical to death metal,and every in between. My music collection has songs from many countries, Japan, China, Korea, Thailand, Italy, Norway, Germanu, France, and of course America and England. Pop, rock, soundtrack, original, cover, hardcore, or easy listening, as long as it doesn't make my ears bleed I can listen to it.

As a member of any website, I'm usually a lurker. I observe other people's conversations in the forums but I never feel the urge to join in. I really should work on that problem sometime.
