Summary: Rewrite of The Beginning Again. Well, rewrite in a very loose sense. It's built on the same premise, but there's going to be a different plot and everything.

For those of you who haven't read TBA, it's basically a Sakura-travels-back-in-time fic, with my attempt to make it original. I have Chapter 1 up already, and you'll have to read it if you want to find out more about it. ;D The fic was basically inspired by my frustration that Sakura always acts so weak in the manga and anime, even when she has the potential to become so strong. So Sakura here will definitely be strong, not the whiny pushover she was in part one of Naruto, but she's not going to be some invincible Mary Sue either.

Summary: A SasuSaku story, of course. It takes place in a major AU, where Sakura is a servant at Castle Konoha, and Prince Sasuke is the head of the land. The setting was inspired by The Secret Garden, by Frances Hogdson Burnett (read it if you haven't yet, it's a great book!!), though the plot's going to be way waaaaayyyy different (once I get to it). Sakura's father is sick, so she goes to the castle to get a paying job to help for her father's expenses. However, she wears a black wig because Prince Sasuke is notorious for his dislike of weird hair colors due to a "mysterious event" in his past. She isn't really worried about it though, because even though Castle Konoha is where Prince Sasuke grew up, he rarely visits because there are too many painful memories.

Eventually Sakura discovers a garden locked away. She sneaks into it and takes care of it, because she needs a way to pass her time (since if she has too much free time she'll sink into painful memories). It also gives her a sense of adventure, doing something that's forbidden but feels right anyways. One day, while she's taking care of the garden, Prince Sasuke returns (for a mysterious reason) to Castle Konoha. He visits the garden (for yet another mysterious reason). Sakura manages to hide just in time, but naturally he's surprised by how well-taken-care-of it is.
