4 men are buried up to their necks in sand by crazy mathematicians.

The 1st man is buried on one side of the wall
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th man are buried on the other side in a line.

They can ALL only look towards the wall.
The 1st man can only see the wall

The 2nd man can only see the wall

The 3rd man can see the second man and the wall

The 4th man can see the second man, third man, and the wall.

None of them can turn their head, see over the wall, or look at their own hat.

The mathematicians place different colored hats on their heads as you can see.
They must figure out what color hat they are wearing.
They are not allowed to speak unless it is to say the color of the hat on their own head.

One man says the color of his hat after a short period of time. (5 - 10 minutes)
