My name is Gloria and I was born and lived in Scotland until 2008. I then moved to England to be with my family.

I have been writing Star Trek fan fiction since the 1980's, with stories in British and US fanzines. In the early 1990's I decided to produce my own zines. Most of these zines are out of print now and up on my web site. Although I was a big fan of Starsky and Hutch in the 1970's my interest in the series was renewed due to the release of the dvd box sets and I fell in love with the boys all over again. I then found a large fandom on the net and was very impressed by the quality of the fan fic. I hadn't written any fiction for a while, in fact thought I had dried up, but I got the urge to write about the boys and my first Starsky and Hutch story - A New Dimension - was born.

Starsky and Hutch is a challenge after writing Star Trek for so long but it is fun. The limitation of it taking place in the 1970's is quite a change from the science fiction field where all time and space can be used. I did live through the 70's and recall it fairly well but the episodes are incredible source material and I watch them often. I must admit though at times it is more for the eye candy than anything else but who can blame me for that!
