After Charles Xavier's death he left something behind other than his beloved school and students, or should I say someone. Magneto builds up his army and the XMen recieve help from an unknown source that apparently only Xavier and Storm knew about.

The XMen have separated into different teams and have created safe havens for mutants across the U.S. The Brotherhood and the Acolytes joined various teams too. These teams will soon have to come together to save all of mutant kind.

The Institute is attacked by sentinels, and most of the mutants are captured but some escape. One of the escapees is Rogue and she is determined to save the XMen. She meets some new people and they all band together to save all the enslaved mutants.
