Author has written 5 stories for Recess, Treasure Planet, Legend of Zelda, Dragon Hunters/Chasseurs de dragons, and Little Mermaid. Hello, peoples. I am an amateur novelist (heavy emphasis on the amateur) and university student who also happens to be a huge lover of good fanfiction. Got a well-written shipping/humour fic? I'm there. Most of the time I like reading fics about one of my biggest loves, animated shows/movies. I am a Disney Fangirl, an on-the-sly crack/crossover-shipper, and a lover of under-the-radar cartoons. My main goal when writing fanfiction is to keep canon characters as consistent and in-character as humanely possible - I like exploring the possibilities of canon, not reinventing it. Also, y'know, improving as a writer and geeking out and stuff. A warning: as anyone who has ever read anything by me knows, I am the slowest updater in the world, and I'm sorry about that. However, I assure you that I never half-ass any of my writing; I put as much effort into my fanfics as I do into my original prose, and strive to always give you Grade A quality material... or at least as close to that as I can get. Currently Fangirling Over: This Book is Full of Spiders (Seriously Dude, Don't Touch It) by David Wong (aka Jason Pargin)the sequel to John Dies at the End (which also goes by the title of GREATEST BOOK OF ALL TIME EVER). UPDATES: I'm out of commission until further notice, guys, I'm sorry. There is so much in the wonderful world of media that inspires me, and I doubt that'll ever change. But I've got problems that are impinging on my creative flow beyond mere writer's block. I don't want to air my dirty laundry online, but suffice to say that they're family related, they're serious, and they aren't going to go away any time soon. I will update what I can, when I can, but I make no promises. Know that each review, fave, and follow warms my rusty ol' heart -- I get way more of them than my shoddy work ethic warrants. :) |
