Update as of March 17th, 2013 - I still read mail from Fanfiction.net, but I'm not as active as I once was because I'm a college student now going for my MFA in Creative Writing. I'd like to try and post oneshots every break I get. My aim will be two per break, but I'll be satisfied if I post one. For those of you were were fans of my chapter fics, someday those will be finished. I'm sorry they're still incomplete. I could just find a quick ending for them, but then you will be robbed of a good ending. So please try to understand.

Hello, my real name isn't too important, but you can call me Yennon, or Yen for short. I've always wanted to be a writer, and because of that I would love to hear your feedback on my work. I want to know what you think I should work on. Where was I lacking? I seek to improve. I love it when I get nice reviews, and often times I follow up those reviews with a, "Thank you very much! But did you see anything I needed to work on?" I love a good ego-stroke every once in awhile, it makes me feel awesome. But I want to deserve those.

I love to beta aka edit other fics. I usually offer my services. But if you ask for my feedback, let me warn you. I'm NOT going to stroke your ego. You want me to do that? Earn it. I'm not going to lie to you and say you're author quality when you're not even fit to write harmless blurbs. I'll be as nice about it as possible, I won't troll you. But I'll give it to you straight, and suggest what you need to do or look into. I expect no less from you.

About me: I'm a self confessed anime and video game nerd! My favorite animes being Slayers, School Rumble, Negima?!, and Yugioh (plus thousands of others). As for games, I'm a fan of the Final Fantasy series, Harvest Moon, Suikoden, Wild ARMs, and Rune Factory. Mostly RPG, as you can tell. I'm a fan of Yugioh Abridged, TeamFourStar's Dragon Ball Z Abridged, None Piece, and Takahata101's Hellsing. God freaking damnit, do I love to laugh!

The Thirteen Commandments of Fanfiction

1. Thou shalt not write Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu stories. EVER.
2. Thou shalt not write self-inserts. Please see Commandment #1.
3. Thou shalt learn how to use spell check.
4. Thou shalt learn how to use proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
5. Thou shalt not write stories without the disclaimer, lest ye get sued.
6. Thou shalt not write stories using other FFNet authors' characters without their permission.
7. Thou shalt not write songfics, unless thou art Meat Loaf or Peter Frampton.
8. Thou shalt not write in chatspeak, even if thou hath written the fic from your cell-phone.
9. Thou shalt not write one word or one sentence chapters.
10. Thou shalt not write author's notes that are more than 1/3 the length of the chapter.
11. Thou shalt not write AU unless you label it as AU. (Alternate Universe, for those who are not in the know. Yeah, YOU.)
12. Thou shalt not change a character's personality from how its Glorious Creator intended it. If you DO change it, label it as as OOC.
13. Thou shalt read the book/play the game, before writing about it. ALL of it. And watching the movie/cutscenes doesn't count.
