I started posting stories because I wanted to get feedback on my writing style and skills since I only show my writing to my family and I'm far from convinced that their opinions are unbiased. I deleted my last account, being a firm believer in the saying, if at first you don't succeed destroy all evidence that you ever tried.

About me:

I completely humilate myself at least two times a day. It keeps me humble. No, not really. I'm amazing. Okay, maybe not amazing but I'm still pretty great.

I contridact myself sometimes. I believe everything I say but sometimes my beliefs contradict themselves. No, I do not think this is strange.

I write slash and het, though I didn't get interested in slash until this last year. Reviews are helpful, even if you just write to tell me that I'm a completely horrible writer and should have never been allowed to pick up a pen. Not that I'll quit writing.

I'm extremely varied. I'm mixed and grew up in a very multi-cultured and multi-race home so there is not much I don't like.

My favorite music:

Everything from Evanescence, Martina Mcbride, Tupac, Carlos Santana, Kenny G, mozart, Omar Akram (whose my personal favorite) and everything in between. I've never heard a type of music that I didn't like.

My favorite movies: I'm not one for movies but if I had to choose a few they would be shawshank redemption, the spaces between, seven pounds, and Radio.

Favorite qoute: I can be changed by what happens to me but I refuse to be reduced by it. - Maya Angelou

Favorite poet: Maya Angelou hands down. She is one of the most prominent figures in my life.

Hobbies: Reading. I write, yes, but I love reading even more than writing. To me there is nothing greater than a book. I can laugh, cry and take something meaningful away from each book. It's exciting to me. I can see things through another's perspective, view life in a different angle, from a new direction and that's important to me.
