A lot will stay to canon to Seasons 1-3 so far with exceptions made to accommodate Killian being cursed to Storybrooke as well as original scenes with Killian and others. There will be elements of season 4, but I will not have canon season 4.

AU starting from the Season 3 finale. Hook swore to Emma that his rum-ridden past self wouldn't remember what happened that night on the ship. What if past-Hook wasn't as drunk as they hoped him to be?

Canon Divergence from 2x21. Instead of Neal falling through the portal, Emma does. To get back to Storybrooke won't be as simple as she thought, especially when she gets stuck in the past and only has Killian to rely on. A different take on the whole time travel idea. Captain Swan.

Cursed!Killian AU: Emma Swan has more than enough to deal with. For one, her son believes the entire town of Storybrooke is cursed. She definitely doesn't have time for the mysterious pawnbroker, Killian Jones, even if Henry insists that he's the prince she's meant to be with.

Gold and the Author plummet the citizens of Storybrooke into an alternate reality, one where the heroes have no control. With her memories fully intact, Emma must try to remind Killian of their past while she searches for her son. The biggest challenge she faces: she's a patient at Misthaven Institution, an asylum for the mentally unstable, and Killian Jones is her therapist.

Emma's used to taking yearly trips to the family lake house, aptly named Tradition by her sister-in-law, but what happens when she and Killian have to face the trip on their own this year? A not-quite Christmas time AU.

Enchanted Forest AU: Emma wants to find out who her parents are. When she stumbles upon naval officer Killian Jones, she might find more than she ever looked for. They start the quest on finding her parents. Meanwhile, Queen Snow decides to marry herself away to ensure the safety of her country.
