My Interests, and Other Random Stuff About Me

I'm completely obsessed with manga and anime, I think I've read just about every manga series in the entire universe (ok maybe only forty or more but that's not that point.) I love to draw, even during class I'll just take any piece of paper or surface I can find and I'll start drawing. I even draw on my arms, I like to take pictures of those cause I'm too young to have them as tattoos', and since it'll all wash off later might as well document it. I've never taken art lessons though, but I sometimes just paint with mom's friend's friend Ozzi R. Also, I love writing, poetry, stories, but NEVER non-fiction. That stuff is way too boring. Well, correction, there is good non-fiction, I just hate the kind where it's a book on frogs or something, don't get me wrong, I like frogs. I just think I have better stuff to do than write about animals in the most boring way possible. I like non-fiction on ancient civilizations, and this may be weird, but I love history, as long as I'm not in class. How can school seem to make everything boring, I know that if you don't go to school there's Truancy n' stuff, but it is SO BORING! I've actually fallen asleep in class before, and it definitely doesn't help that I get like, five hours of sleep. fall asleep at one and wake up at six, oh-joy. School can be sorta interesting, my French class is great, and surprisingly so is English. And since I've moved up to honors Social Studies things are better. But my math and science teachers are killer, and not in the good way. You know that voice that Severus Snape has in Harry Potter? They sound like that, worse actually. And all their favorites are guys! I can understand how kids skipping those classes is a problem. Seriously, once it's time for math and science, the only kids left are usually me, that kid in the wheel-chair (Nikki), who trust me, would run as fast as possible out of school if she could. The nerds (and no I'm not trying to be mean, I'm a geek myself, but those kids are freaky!) And the kids with intensive athsma. Math and science can be fun, I even watch Nova sometimes (as said, I'm a geek), and talk with David (step-dad) about math equations and Albert Einstein (again, COMPLETE GEEK), but at school, it becomes a death sentence. Having trouble sleeping? Go to my math teacher and ask if she can teach you about algebra, doesn't matter if you already know it, she loves to talk about it in the way I like top talk about manga, until you're head pops off. And guaranteed, you'll be asleep within five minutes. I think I've fallen asleep in class since the beginning of the year I d'know, 15 times? Probably too low of an estimation, 20, 25? I'll probably remember within a week or something... Maybe I'm adding in the daydream stuff, I daydream constantly, so it wouldn't be that hard... Usually when I daydream, it's about ghosts, demons, monsters, etc. I don't know why, but I can't stop thinking about it, it's gotten even more so since I started reading "Roll the Dice" by VikiofTheSpiritRealm... It's a really good fic, if you're an Avatar and ghost/demon junkie like me, you gotta read this. And strangely, in the 6th chapter, the other girls in the cell sound a lot like the voices in my head... Kidding, but seriously, whenever I'm bored or in a weird mood, I'll start arguing with myself on random stuff, and those characters say almost exactly the same things I do... Weird... Or maybe I'm just going crazy, yeah probably that... But seriously, I'm completely obsessed with ghosts monters, spirits, demons, etc. And no, SPIRITS AND GHOSTS ARE NOT THE SAME THING!! O.k, I'm definitely crazy.

November 15th 2008

I am so BORED! I have bronchitis, sorta like pneumonia, so I'm basically stuck at home. That means my options are sleep, sleep, watch t.v, or post random stuff, obviously I chose the latter. It's sort of annoying, the bronchitis thing, because this isn't the first time, according to my doctor, I'm prone to bronchitis. So my immune system can't protect me against it, and that means that it will literally be years until my body can fight it off. The doctor's betting on age 19, maybe 18. I think it's been getting less serious, though this time I did start coughing up blood... Ok forget that then, (sigh), it's so fun to be sick... Advice, NEVER get bronchitis if you can help it, you will end up feeling like s#!t, you'll be overloaded with homework from missing school for more than a week, and again, you'll feel like complete s#!t. AVOID BRONCHITIS!

Bands/s:Usually I love anything by Paramore, P!nk, and most of the time Tokio Hotel. Linkin Park is good too, Fall Out Boy, Everclear. Depends on my mood, right now it's Paramore though...

Song: It'll probably change in about five minutes, but to whoever cares: "Fences" by Paramore, and "I Don't Care" by Fall Out Boy..

Books: I have way too many favorite books, all of Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, A Drowned Maidens' Hair, Golden Compass, Subtle Knife, Amber Spyglass, the Giver, The Book Theif, The Dark Room, 666 Tales of the beast (It's scary stories ok, not evil stuff for those who will think I'm a complete freak and put hands on their hearts, etc.), Un Lun Dun (one of the best books you'll ever read), if I tried to go on I would run out of room. Anything vaguely depressing, action filled, no romance, some mystery and definitely fiction, I will read.

A Drowned Maidens' Hair: Maud Flyn, the star, and no she's not an old lady. It's just set in times that have produced all of the old, knitting obsessed women that are still alive today, one of them may be your grandmother. But in the book these old ladies are much more...lets just say interesting. NOT in the romantic way, just clarification, in the greedy, deceptive, very good con-artist way.
