Having been pulled from her duty station on Luna, Commander Jane Shepard is drafted aboard the SSV Normandy SR1 for a mission that was supposed to be an easy covert pick up on the surface of Eden Prime. But what she finds on the surface will not only change her life, but the lives of everyone in the galaxy.

After her death, Mileena was granted a second chance, as her journey to look for allies for her new rebellion lead her to Earthrealm where she was saved by the Shirai Ryu. Having no other choice, Mileena joined the clan and became somewhat of a student to Hanzo Hasashi. Meanwhile Havik has returned and is assembling an army to get revenge on Hanzo and plunge the realms into chaos.

Not every Grineer has a story. Most Grineer don't have secrets. But Doan does. She's smarter than the average Grineer, and her secret is quick, invisible, and has horns.

An alternate story I've been thinking of for the Mortal Kombat X timeline, because Mileena is one of my favorite characters and I feel she has a lot of untapped story potential. (Title changed from "Mortal Kombat; Fragment's Tale")
