Hey all. I'm Ananda, a 21, soon to be 22 year old university student entering my senior year with a double major in Political Theory and Asian Studies.

I'm in the process of writing my first real fanfiction (that FFVII one doesn't count. The idea was scrapped almost as soon as I started writing it. xD), pairing Hermione Granger and Severus Snape. Which, while certainly an unusual pairing, I'm trying to do as much justice to the canon as possible in doing so. Honestly, I find the two of them to be some of the most brilliant conceived characters I've ever read, and I only hope I can do half as good a job of portraying them as Rowling did in creating them.

I'm planning on updating at least two times a week (sorta hard to tell as fall term is about to start, and I don't yet know how busy my schedule will be). Any comments/constructive criticism would be HIGHLY appreciated, as this is my first time writing a fanfiction of any serious length, and I'm still sort of nervous about it all. Though, I more or less have the storyline plotted out, for what should be at least around thirty chapters or so, and take place over the course of at least a chronological year.
