A pen is a tool that you use to write,

The sagas, sonnets and tales of legend,

Or to describe the beauty of the night.

The uses of a pen can have no end.

However, do not discount the power,

For they cut deeper and longer,

Than the wounds of a knife, like a flower

They take root in you, making you stronger.

Not ev'ry pen you use will create so much,

But you never know. Life, is often such.
