After Steve hears Natasha screaming and crying in her sleep he goes into her room to comfort her and what he sees disturbs him deeply. Hint of Hulktasha at the start but then strictly Romanogers

Most of the story takes place post- Civil War. Black Widow and Captain America have seen it all – apocalyptic battles, aliens, crumbling governments, flying cities – and they've survived. Going into hiding with two teenagers who possess super powers and probably suffer from PTSD? Natasha and Steve may have met their match.

Natasha, Steve and Sam are underground post the events of Civil War still engaging in missions, fighting off terrorist groups dealing with Chitauri remnants while simultaneously trying to find an equilibrium in their own lives. Steve and Natasha confront their demons together and finally allow themselves to live a life they truly deserve. Romanogers/CapWidow. Set pre Infinity War.

Wanda and Peter are the youngest Avengers and the ones everyone tries to protect, so what happens when Wanda, Peter, Tony, and Steve are kidnapped by HYDRA? Wanda and Peter are tortured in front of Tony and Steve, but what is HYDRA's reason for this evil? Natasha, Clint, and the rest of the team must figure out how to solve this dilemma and get their family back.

Wanda Maximoff is coping with the events that transpired after Civil War. She went into hiding with Clint, living with him at his farmhouse while the government figures out what to do with her. Unknown to her, they decided to kill her, citing her as an "untamable weapon of mass destruction" at Tony Stark's request. An old friend of Clint's hears about this, determined to save her.

While out on a mission Natasha gets fatally hurt and Steve can't deal with it. Steve needs her to know how much her life is worth, and needs her to fight to come back. Is this a battle the spy can win?

So we know that Clint, Sam, Scott and Wanda are in jail, and that Steve gets them out of there. We know that Tony is back in New York with his best friend Rhodey, who is recovering from his injury, and Vision is there too. But what is with Natasha? Where did she go after her little chat with Tony at the hospital?

Steve's love is old and dying. The man Natasha liked left her. Wanda couldn't save her brother. Now the three of them, along with the other Avengers, must eliminate a threat far greater than they could imagine, but how can they be Earth's saviors when they themselves are broken and full of despair and darkness? Can they put aside their feelings to save the world?
