Well then, I am working on my chapter 8 of night of the oleander...still...yeah. I sort of left it there on my computer and never finished it. I have the written draft somewhere, but its in disguise. Is that how you spell that word?...anyways, I am sorry, this is in fact the last chapter of Night of The Oleander, and the longest. I am sorry to say that it is not yet prepared, for those of you that enjoyed it thus far. I'll try to have it done soon, so be patient, thanks everyone! -MARCH 18 2006 UPDATE- I have actually finished the last chapter on paper, I've just been too busy to type up the rest of it. I'm sorry, I'll have it in as soon as I can. Infact, I'll try to type the rest of it up today if I can. -DECEMBER 12 2005 UPDATE- Well hello! Now I have the (seventh, I believe) chapter up. I suppose I should type up the next one. I'm just going to let you know (as you've probably seen,) that Night of the Oleander is coming to a close, with one maybe two chapters left. Soafter this I will work on finising the fist chapter of A Dream of ahero, which has been posted on "Works in Progress" for a few months now. This one also takes place in Ocarina of Time Hyrule. Well, I have exactly six days of school left, and mondat and tueseday next week will be half-days. I will try to get as much typing done this week. See ya everyone! -Almost forgot- Somebody asked how Ganondorf was so easily released from the realm where he was supposed to be trapped forever. Well, The sages knew not of Shadow Link, nor did they anticipate the gift that Ganondorf gave to him: the teleportation maneuver, which allowed Shadow Link to transport matter from the two realms. Because Ganondorf was prepared from the begining that in the event of his enslavement, he would have an even greater magic allowing him freedom. There. . Make sense? -NOVEMBER 29 2005 UPDATE- I just edited all of my chapters. Yep. Spelling, and those little / / / / things. I changed them to a much nicer ~. c I also want to say that I am working on the next chapter of Night of the Oleander. It will probably be out by thursday. AND it should be longer than the last. Yes, I'm trying to get better at this. I'll update soon so be sure to check in every once in a while. -NOVEMBER 20 2005 UPDATE-Well, I JUST uploaded the newest chapter, which is longer, but not quite as long as i would have liked. Atleast it's up. Well, please tell me what you think. -SEPTEMBER 11 2005 UPDATE- Hello again everyone. I am terribly sorry for being out so long. I know that I promised a new long chapter before my absence. I will put up the new chapter as soon as I possibly can. I dont think you will actually check this Profile, but...well...ah hell, I'll just put up the chapter soon, k? -JUNE 14 2005 UPDATE- I recently posted the new chapter, which I realize has some errors. I will do (once again) a round of fixing my chapters up. Things wind up slightly different when you use three different computers to write a story. Here is a clarification about the created by magic thing: You wrote: If she was created by magic to destroy Link, why is she in love with him? My answer: She was created by black magic, but her father told her to destroy Link. The magic that created her is only responsible for her existence, and her purpose is irellivant to it.You wrote: Why would she steal and stuff if she was only made to destroy Link? My answer: She was told to destroy Link when she was a child, and later her father left her. She was alone in the market and learned how to survive off of stealing. The attack on Link at the beginning of chapter 5 could be explained as a psycological motive; her father seemed obsessed over the idea of his death, and when he left, she thought he left because he was ashamed of her. She remembered the name Link after so many years and snapped, thinking that if she killed him her father would be proud and might come back. Before that she ignored or forgot her purpose her father gave her. Afterwards, she came to her senses and decided that life with Link would be better than trying to impress the father who dissapeared. She is human and is capable of making human decisions and human moralities...Make sense? -JUNE 08 2005 UPDATE- I updated a lot of things today- I found a couple of errors in my chapters. I have a tendancy to write some things in first person, which I need to learn not to do in a story like...well, any of mine really. Also, possible the biggest update I made was fixing the double spacing problem in chapter one. It looks slightly shorter...(MUCH shorter,) but atleast it doesn't look like a cheap attempt to make a short chapter to look longer. -JUNE 08 2005 UPDATE-Ah! At long last my computer has recovered from surgery! Now that I am online again and I can acess my profile, (It wouldn't let me on the other computer I was using) I will type up the next chapter. I got a review today, and as you know, I love reviews. I didn't know if I did a good job writing the fight or not, because it was sort of a first (to post online), but I guess I did okay. Yeah! Chapter Five: Truth and Temptation isComing Soon! -ONE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES LATER...- -JUNE 05 2005 (MIDNIGHT) UPDATE- I am now in the process of typing chapters 4 and 5. I read over my story and figured out what you meant by the number thing. I feel like such an idiot! Well, the reason it wasn't there in the third chapter was because there was nothing that needed me to tell more about. If there was something, I would put a number on it. And yes, I feel even stupider for not realizing what the LinkxOC thing was. But yes yes it is a LinkxOC! Because I even put the genre under Romance/Fantasy! This is the only romance I think I'll ever write, so I don't want to screw with it. I am very pleased to know my story is on a C2. Well, I hope everyone likes chapters 4 and 5! -MAY 28 2005 UPDATE- My computer is down and my mom just got back from greece, and we havnt fixed it yet. I am sorry that I can't access the internet on a regular basis. I have, however, been able to tell you this...I dont have the script with me at the moment, so the (also fairly short, im sorry!) 4th chapter cannot be written at the moment...but don't worry, chapter 5 is really good! I'll type them both up at the same time whenever I get my computer at home to start working. -MAY 21 2005 UPDATE- Everyone I am so so so so sorry for having such a short chapter! I originally wrote this story in a scripted form, where each chapter would be a scene, and frankly, It would have worked out rather well as a play.
