My own interpretation of a classic story. Ocarina of Time told on the scale of an epic fantasy story.

Five years post OoT: Link leaves the Lost woods to seek answers about a medallion that belonged to his mother... and to warn the princess about his haunting nightmares concerning a wedding, a river of blood, and a man with a glowing glass eye... FULL SUMMARY INSIDE.

Zelda is left an orphan and an outlaw on the run when Ganondorf claims the Triforce and the kingdom for himself. As the last hope for her people, she must call on every ounce of strength and ingenuity she has to reclaim the future of Hyrule.

He was Hyrule's savior, yes...but he was also Zelda's salvation. A slightly darker take on Zelda's incarceration towards the end of Ocarina of Time. Rated for violence.

Link returns to Hyrule after a long absence, finding it inexplicably decimated. What has happened to the divine protection of the sages? And where, through all of this, is Princess Zelda? OoT Universe w/ mixed canon. Rated M for violence/language.

The hero doesn't always get the girl and live happily ever after. Sometimes, endings are bitter sweet, and reunions are rare. With a war brewing on the horizon, can the Hero of Time return to his beloved homeland and to the Princess of Destiny? Unfinished.
