Author has written 2 stories for Doctor Who, Land Of The Lost, and Six Million Dollar Man.

My name is Eugene Ray Jenness, Jr. and I'm 51 years old, originally from Wilmington, NC.

Currently, I'm an on-line professor, and I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English, and two Master's Degrees, one of them a terminal Academic degree.

I've written movie reviews on the Internet to some success since 2006, and host my own movie review blog; you can find a link to it around here somewhere...I used to write under the pen name BUDDOMONN...which is secretly my Jedi name. (I saw STAR WARS on opening night in 1977 when I was 11 years old, and I was never the same again)

Anyway...

I was named after my father, the late Eugene Ray Jenness, Sr.

My dad was always called "Gene Ray," and my parents didn't want to call me "Gene, Jr." or "Ray," so they started calling me "Bud" when an infant, and it stuck.

I've always had an affinity with comic books, especially Superman comic books, and on the first day of the First Grade (I didn't go to pre-school or Kindergarten), my teacher - Miss Keifer - asked me what I wanted to be called. "I understand they call you 'Bud' at home," she said. "But, here, you can be called anything you want." -- Well, since Superman was Clark Kent when he wasn't at home, and I'd never been called "Eugene" before, I opted to be called "Eugene" at school, and so I was, from the First Grade until I graduated in 1984. After High School, I never went by "Eugene" again. And when I wrote, it was almost always as "E.R. Jenness," because I grew up reading C.S. Lewis, and J.R.R. Tolkien, etc.

Anyway, I was born on February 17th, 1966. I'm married, and my wife and I have two children, a boy and a girl that I like to call my "Salt and Pepper Shaker Set."

Currently, I'm working on a story that's a crossover between the Doctor Who and Six Million Dollar Man universe. I sure do wish I could get paid for writing this stuff, but I mostly do it just because I think it's fun. I've not written in a while due to health problems, but hope to pick up where I left off. Since I began this story, I recently met Lee Majors at a Comic Book Convention! He was awesome...

Have a great day!
