![]() Author has written 2 stories for Frozen. I'm also currently working on a couple of other long-term projects but can't even guess a publication date. About me and my writing: For my story Those We Protect (Frozen) was primarily written prior to publication. About halfway through the summer of 2014 I got the idea for a Frozen FanFiction that wouldn't let me go so I over a few months I wrote it out and started to publish. By the way, as I wrote the whole story (if not all drafts) before reading and Frozen FanFiction, any resemblances between it and other fic is purely coincidental. The cover art for it is my original work. Winter's End, currently in publication, is a continuation from my previous story, Those We Protect. It won't be until a few chapters in before I made super-direct references to it though. Since I haven't written the complete story yet and the chapters are long updates will be less frequent than they were for Those We Protect. The cover art is my original work. Most of everything else I plan to write are planned for the very long term and I haven't even an idea when any of them will be published. One other note is I will live-update my stories. I'll probably put an author's note saying the chapter was updated but if you come back and find something's different you aren't crazy. However I will stray from any changes beyond sentence-level mistakes. As for my reading, I prefer to read longer stories when time permits. I stray from any non-cannon romance as a rule. I have a hodge-podge of fandoms I read, from the almost unknown Godzilla the Series Fandom to Frozen and Artemis Fowl. I'm also a big fan of YU-GI-OH, for which I mostly read fics for 5D's and Zexal as I feel they leave the most open for continuation. I also have a divaintArt account. On it I have submitted fanart for spashthebandragon's story, Trials of Mary Also I have one for Shawn Raven's story, Scorched. "Every writer is starting from a different point and is bound for a different destination. Yet many writers are paralyzed by the thought that they are competing with everyone else who is trying to write and presumably doing it better. This can often happen in a writing class. Inexperienced students are chilled to find themselves in the same class with students whose byline has appeared in the college newspaper. But writing for the college newspaper is no great credential; I've often found that hares who write for the paper are overtaken by the tortoises who move studiously towards the goal of mastering the craft. The same fear hobbles freelance writers, who see the work of other writers appearing in magazines while their own keeps returning in the mail. Forget the competition and go at your own pace. Your only contest is yourself." -- On Writing Well by William Zinsser If you do not copy and paste this at at least 12 different places you'll wake up in the morning to find a group of a half-dozen Satan-worshiping turnips dancing around your head who will sing "Uptown Girl" and destroy your brain. If you doubt the authenticity of this google Micheal Bay. It happened to him. I'm sure of it. Also, anyone who fails to carry out this mission will undoubtedly save ten minutes of there life. At LEAST. |
