![]() Author has written 3 stories for Fairy Tail, and Misc. Books. When I was a kid, I was clever. You know, those annoying wee kids that think they know everything. I have always been a creative free spirit and I am growing more since I broke up with my long term boyfriend. Long story short: I am focusing on things I'm talented at and gives me positive results because it's a welcome distraction. Who needs men, right? Right. As well as this, I am an artist and a singer. I will write fanfictions on here, but I'm considering starting up a blog where I write totally original stories, rather than stories based off someone elses imagination. Here's a few of my likes and dislikes: Dislikes- People totally changing the background of Characters. The reason people like those Characters is because of who they are. Stop it. Stories that don't end properly. Ever yell at the screen "NO! YOU CAN'T END IT THERE!"? Well I have. Fanfictions where Characters swear all of the time for practically no reason. Its unnecessary. Grow a vocabulary. MA rated fanfictions about kids TV shows. I'm sure you can keep those dirty fantasies to yourself. There are children on here, dude. And that's about it. Call me what you will but I think that those a pretty standard likes and dislikes for anyone who truly appreciates literature. I've not really written so much in a while and I will tell you honestly, it is one of the best and most effective ways to relieve stress and anxiety. About me: I really shouldn't say too much about myself on the internet, but if Facebook knows, I don't see why others can't. I'm 5 ft tall. No more, no less. I have dark brown hair and its curly to the point of frustration at times. I live in England right now, but I had been living in Scotland before said "break-up". I have a weird accent that doesn't match where I'm from. I lost my sister a year ago to cancer, so I will probably write a lot of emotional pieces during November. I like sweet lolita clothing and I wear a lot of Lindy-Bop clothes. I guess I'm a quirky person. I read constantly. There is never a time when I'm not reading something. I wrote my first little complete book at 6 years old and I want to start a private creative writing class for children under 10. I have no idea how verbs, nouns and compound words work, I just sort of do them naturally. I couldn't tell you a thing about the science of English writing, but I sure can write. It's more than just knowing how to do it, it's about knowing what you want to read. After saying that, I know a lot about things that make a good story. Alliteration, rule of three, Pathetic Fallacy, Metaphors and similies, suspense and most importantly a good story line. I don't plan story lines. I write and write and write until I like where the story goes. If I dislike where its going, I begin a new scenario. I like to think Shakespeare did the same. Most people draw off things they like most in books and then link it to how they would like their life combined with the life of their character to play out. Moving on, I am a video game freak. No, I don't play COD, or anything particularly violent. I like games with interesting story lines, which again goes back to my passion of a good book. Here's an example: Ni No Kuni. Ah, we all love a good Ghibli studios movie. So knowing that Ghibli Studios teamed up with Level 5 to make this awesome video game is just every fangirl/boy's dream. It follows an adventure where a kid gets roped into saving the world. Standard. They also left the end fairly open for a sequel. Its a 50 hour game if you play through all the side quests. A-maz-balls. I watched Pewdiepie play a few hours of it. Cryaotic also did a live stream of it and Vintage Beef did an entire play-through. When I'd watched enough to fall in love with it, I bought it myself. Back when it was 50 pounds to buy T_T I'm hoping it becomes a collectors item. Peace-out |
