Greetings, stranger (or not so strange-r), and welcome to my little corner of ff.net. As an aspiring author (read: occasionally writes original fiction) who occasionally dabbles in the world of fanfic, I thought it strangely necessary to get an account.

Well, I already had one, but when I lost that e-mail account, it fell into long disuse. (Plus I had already deleted all the stories on it, due to personal distaste for them).

I DO NOT write Mary Sues. Nor am I much good at writing about random ideas (unless the plotbunny is actually going to jump in my face and capture my interest), so unless I say open season I will probably not take suggestions. Oh, and I believe in the God of Spellcheck/Grammar-check, so if you find a few screw-ups that Word didn't catch I would be ever so obliged if you'd point them out so I could correct them. The same goes for any canon errors, and criticism in general. Outright flames, however, will not be appreciated.

The fandom I do the most writing for is that of Yuugiou. You know, the anime about the teenagers who play card games and save the world? The kid with the spiky hair? I would hope you know.

In that fandom, I write mostly by Japanese anime canon -- keeping in all the inane little filler arcs they had, because I do love them, cheesy as they may be. That could be said for my appreciation of the fandom in general, really. (Probably a lot about that nutty pink-haired German CEO Siegfried, because he just doesn't get enough love in my opinion)

Once in a while, I may get it into my head to do a fic -- a drabble, and nothing long, probably -- for one of my other fandoms, a few of which are, for example: Harry Potter, Death Note, Hitchhiker's Guide (book canon), and Doctor Who (old canon, not the new series as of 2005).

Expect these updates to be few and far between, though, as I cut back on my internet time, go into inter-torpor for the winter, and work on a novel through November.
