![]() Author has written 4 stories for Pirates of the Caribbean, Matthew Reilly, Hunger Games, and Inception. I have no idea how to write these things. Four blogs to date and still not a clue as to how to neatly summarise myself and my interests in order to make you want to read it and my stories. I'm Maddie. I've changed my name on this website far too many times, my poor followers (the straggly tiny number of them) must be over me by now. I live in New Zealand, yay for countries at the bottom of the world. I enjoy reading, writing and watching movies. Clearly, I possess interests in Matthew Reilly, the Hunger Games and Pirates of the Caribbean. I like to be as correct as possible, concerning dates, uniforms, names throughout my stories. I put a lot of time and effort into each chapter, trying to make it authentic as possible. My writing style is quite impersonal. I don't really include a lot of thoughts. I also have a real weakness with tenses, meaning my writing tends to jump a little between them but it's still able to be followed. I always, always review stories that I read and I give constructive criticism (no flames). If you've read my stories and liked them, message me and I'll be happy to read and review your story, even if it's not in one of the fandoms I'm in. Current Works A Near Death Experience (Pirates of the Caribbean): Captain Lara Williams survives an explosion in Russia but is trapped in her own mind and appears in 1600 Caribbean after a near death experience. After altercations with all our favourite pirates, such as Jack, she realises that maybe there's not something right here. I am so terrible at updating this story, despite loving it so if you want to know what happens next, expect at least a two month gap. The Marine who could Read Thoth (Matthew Reilly): Lieutenant Egypt Reacher is assigned to 'Scarecrow's unit for a tactical investigation on Jack West Jr's farm after the U.S. Marines discover she has the ability to read the language of Thoth. However, a traitor is discovered in the unit and Schofield, Egypt and theit team are swept up in a new ordeal to save the world. This features our usual happy little JWJ families as well as Egypt/J.J. Whickam (although this is a slow coming ship). |
