![]() Author has written 1 story for Ranma. (Chapter 4 is still in the works. Should be out before the end of July!) Just your friendly neighborhood coffee drinker. The current story I'm writing is meant to be something along the lines of a tree trunk. Branches of adventures will grow eventually, but it will take time. A lot of time. Of these adventures will most likely be crossovers. Then i'll have to think of a way to nerf Ranma and the gang so they don't break everything and ruin the story. Dresden Files, Warehouse 13, Eureka, Justice League, etc. little something about this world. Every expert, master, and grandmaster of any skill has developed the ability to manipulate Ki to some degree. That is part my personal theory for why there are so many esoteric schools of martial arts in the Ranmaverse. The other two parts are both because of the aspects of human nature that pushed us so far. Humans are both a combative and competitive species. We like competition and fighting. From the stone age caves to octagonal ring of MMA. Humans love fighting. Now take that passion, and stuff it into a world were it can push someone past their human limitations. Sports, arts, Sciences, etc. every skill has someone who has mastered it. In the Ranmaverse, those people have exceed human limitations and turned their passion into a martial art. You will see Martial Arts School of Music, Martial Arts Racing, Gun Fu, etc. You name it, it exists. Now I'm not going to show all of them. Only the ones important to the story. Others may get a brief mentioned if I find a reason to. If you are wondering if this story will go anywhere? Fear not! It is on a bullet train to epic town...it's just a really long trip...woop woop! I would also like to point out that I find romance to be honestly boring to read, and that it often destroys the flow of a good story. The most you'll most likely see from me is unrequited love, or characters manipulating each other. I'm also knew to this whole writing thing. If you have any suggestions, and/or questions feel free to message me. |
