Mayday, mayday, we're sinking! - Here is the German coastline. What are you "s"inking about?

Let's have a grand HELLO to the fellow visitors of this profile!

As you might have noticed, I write under the Pen Name of Mistress Ching, a character from Pirates of the Caribbean that isn't really popular but pretty awesome to my eyes. Other names I use are Satocliffe, Katsugeki or Doll of Clockwork. Some on other sites than deviantArt or FanFiktion.de may differ.

I am, as a German girl, no native English speaker. I have just a certain obsession with the language since grade 7 or 8 maybe. I've been learning English in school, but I started reading and learning further at the age of 14. By now, I'm 17, and I still have difficulties, lol. Besides English, I am currently learning French (school), Japanese (by myself) and I am desperate for Russian, but I don't know where to go and learn it. Also, I have some knowledge in Icelandic, Spanish and Italian, but as I wrote, it's only some and that means it's very little - not even enough to get a hotel room. A meal, yes, but no hotel. Seems that I failed ...

My biggest obsession apart from learning the languages of the world are video games, anime & manga, drawing (arts in general), cosplaying and photography. Through arts, I do express myself and that is pretty important to me. Photography is currently liked best, because I love that feeling, when I sit in the garden and take the shot I've been waiting several hours for (for example a special bird, the way the sunlight lights through the leaves of the trees etc.). For traditional arts, I use pencils and copic markers. I'm not pretty good at digital arts, but I own a tablet and it's fine.

Story writing is already something that dictates my way of living. In every second of the day, I use my impressions to create scenarios for my fanfics, so that they get a realistic and ... yeah, awesome touch. Kind of. I am reading in more different fandoms than I actually write stories in, but to me it's fine and nobody wants the crippled ideas of mine when they don't really fit the fandom. :

My fandoms

writing: Kingdom Hearts Star Trek Homestuck 'lil bit of Naruto, Kuroshitsuji and Fairy Tail

reading: nearly everything!

You see, I am pretty simple in my taste.

What I like best are Yaoi fanfics based on the canon (OCs are, um, let's express it fluffily, not very well liked).

I don't like PWPs either unless they have a certain affinity.

I have no problem with Shojo Ai or Shonen Ai, no matter how hot and dirty the fics are, as long as there is no real OOC.

I consider myself as addicted to crackpairs ... especially concerning Kingdom Hearts and Homestuck.

And that is all, in fact ... there is nothing special or unusual about me.

It's just the me you get.

Always remember: I am the coffeine addict with this special taste for weird fics!
