The Twelfth Doctor has had a secret he's been keeping for a long time and he finally tells Clara: she talks in her sleep.

Prompt: Karen had posted this, "When we were filming Matt's last moments as the Doctor, I found Jenna in the back crying and I just held her and cried too and I was like, 'I'm going to make you tea'" Karen Gillian. This time, Matt and Karen find her and try to make her feel better. After they do, things get MUCH worse. A smidgen of Smillian and lots of Smoleman. Whouffle? Er, IRL?

After a Tardis malfunction, Doctor and Clara become trapped on Salinious V, also known as "The Dead Planet"– a planet too salty to support any form of life. Or so they thought. (Whouffaldi. Ever since Trenzalore, Clara has had continuous nightmares about failing to save the Doctor's life, and when the Doctor finally finds out about her dreams, he is there to help her through them.

The Doctor noticed two seemingly unconnected things started happening at the same time; Clara stopped sleeping and his coat kept going missing. The Doctor had chalked it up to his forgetfulness until one night when he finds Clara is to blame for his coat going missing and the reason for it breaks his hearts.

Post-episodes and missing scenes from seasons 7-9 featuring The Doctor caring for Clara physically and emotionally and vice versa. There will be lots of warm and fuzziness and plenty of wumping. The war is over. The planet saved. Plenty of casualties but that's the usual. Just about everything is exactly as it should be. Good ol' Earth lives to fight another day. Peace restored. An impostor enslaved and exterminated. And now an unconscious young woman with pale features hardly recognizable even to his keen blue eyes. (Sort of tag scene to The Zygon Invasion/Inversion)

Clara winds up in hospital. The Doctor takes the opportunity to go 'deep cover'. Is there really something strange going on at the hospital or is it all in Clara's mind? Set sometime after the Caretaker. Sick!Clara

The Doctor returns for Clara on December 1st, but any plans to fly away are diminished when the TARDIS breaks down, leaving him trapped in 21st Century London. Rooming with Clara during his 'imprisonment' doesn't do much for his dignity, but once the two overcome much awkward tension, he realizes that maybe being domestic isn't so bad, so long as you're with the right person.

Clara did not come away unscathed after the events of S08 Flatline. Twelve takes care of her injury but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Hurt/Comfort - heavy on the hurt in chapter 1 and an extra serving of grumpy Twelve.

Set at the beginning of Season 8 - The Caretaker. The Doctor and Clara find themselves on a desert planet, chained up in the heat. Clara gets more than a tan.

Post S08 E03 Robot of Sherwood. Clara falls ill after her little 'dip' in episode 3. The Doctor looks after her in his own slightly abrasive way.

After Trenzalore and the Time Stream incident, Clara had developed the most bizarre habit of falling asleep in the most random of places. As the Doctor tries to stop the night terrors that cause her to sleepwalk the TARDIS, he finds that those promises he made after River are getting harder to keep. hiatus

In which sleepy!Clara fluff turned into Asylum angst, the Doctor is a smitten little puppy, and everyone can play the game "How many Oswin references can I spot?"
