I've been lurking about the site for a couple years now, and just got around to creating an account. I know I am not a particularly good writer (even less so when playing in fandoms that I haven't read/played/seen the original source for), but I'm always willing to accept advice and criticism. Any updates on any stories that I may post are going to be sporadic, due to real life intruding on my fan-writing. I am not going to put any guarantees on actually finishing the story, either. Life will cut in, interrupt, and by the time I look back on the story, either they'll seem childish, or I won't have the inspiration to continue. Although I'm not all that certain that people would want the story to continue, anyway.

Reviews: Uh. I can't say anything until I start getting them. Frankly, I have no idea how I would react. Probably shrug, cheer up that someone's reading it no matter what kind of review it was, and then move on.

On Romance: It ain't there. I swear. Any of my sane characters just want a bit of affection/attention, like a little puppy, and the insane ones aren't functioning well enough to support a healthy one. I don't have the skill to write a romance, anyway. I have problems writing a normal friendship, let alone a romance. Reading it, on the other hand- well, I don't care what pairing it is as long as it's well written, and the character doesn't change crazily in personality. In fandoms I'm not familiar with source material, I frankly don't care about what the pairing is, so long as the characters with the given background aren't completely contradictory.

About Me:

I'm female. Age... I'm now out of college, first year of work. I never scored higher than a B on any writing assignment I did. So yes, I'm a bad writer. Interests include writing fiction and fanfiction, reading's a big one, and playing around with variables. Gaming's nice but I never developed the eye-hand coordination or the tactical skills to handle most games. I'm fairly sedentary and don't really do sports. Not in risk of being over-weight, though. Actually underweight. Music and art's not really a big interest with me. I don't watch many TV shows or movies, and most references to pop culture end up flying over my head despite my youth.

Impressions about me from other people: self-centered, insensitive, and oblivious but eager-to-help in a over-bearing and clumsy way. Always certain something's going to go wrong when it isn't and has trouble focusing on the point. Lazy and spends more energy trying to get out of working than it takes to just do it. Oh, and mother says I'm a puppy.

Just Tagging Along: Baldur's Gate Fanfiction. Currently pending revamp, but I'm starting to suspect that I just no longer have the interest to get this written and done. Still up for the sake of records.
