This is my interpretation of what followed through Voyager's return. Read the RFK story first. Contains some violence and suggestive intimate relations thus the M rating.

After Body and Soul, it becomes apparent that Tom's holodeck solution wasn't an effective way to treat Tuvok's Pon Farr. After searching the ship's database for an alternative, Tom finds one that wreaks havoc in his marriage. Dub-con.

After B'Elanna Torres and Tom Paris are stranded on planet with a severe climate and limited resources, they survive using "biological means." Upon returning to Voyager, they discover a changed relationship between Harry Kim and Kes, and their own lives become complicated by unexpected repercussions from their exercise in survival. Coda for 6x14, Memorial. Tom Paris is suffering from more than Post Traumatic Stress Disorder following the crew's experiences with the Takaris monolith. The Doctor and B'Elanna offer sound advice and a soft place to fall. It's up to him to take it.
