CHAPTER 1

Mercy and Melody Sparrow were walking towards all the commotion that all the people were saying Jack Sparrow, when they saw the sight before them Mercy couldn't help but smile at her sister Melody and they ran to him and brought their swords out and pointed them at the guards and the older man yelled " i am the governor Weather be Swan and you have raised your swords at my men now stop helping this Pirate and come to us slowly" Mercy spit on the ground " oh please this man is my uncle so you have no say in my sister and i's life old woman like you need to say polite things" he grumbled and yelled " guards grab them and arrest these Pirates" Jack, Melody, and Mercy fell and landed in the water they swam to the shore and ran to a blacksmiths shop hoping to hide.

What happened there was a big shocker to them, a young man by the age of twenty walked to them and stopped when he saw Mercy standing there with her clothes dripping wet from the water and her sword out and her hair was down soaked then Jack spoke and that broke their gazes and " well mate ye have to move sometime cause me and me nieces can leave so move" the man spoke " my name is William Turner and you are not leaving without shackles on" Jack laughed " mate what have i done" Will growled " you hurt Elizabeth " those words were like a knife to Mercy's heart even though she just met him it seemed like she knew him forever, Will looked confused when he saw the look on her face, Melody smirked and spoke in her Pirate voice " ye just caused yer self to be warned me friend" then her and Jack ran at Will and started fighting, in the middle of the fight Mercy joined in and swung her sword around and then the door was broken down and soldiers filled up the room and Melody, Mercy, and Jack were arrested and Mercy looked at Will with a hurt look in her eyes.

Will was sad when he saw her hurt look and stepped away when the soldiers came and arrested them, he was hurt when she jumped in on the fight now he didn't understand these feelings.

Meanwhile Jack and Melody were bickering back and forth about who got them in jail Mercy snapped " Will you two quick fighting ye need to get that dog over here so we can get out" Jack laughed and started calling for the dog Melody sat down by her sister and hugged her " we'll get out sometime" Mercy laughed and threw a bone at the cage they were in " please last time i fell in love Samuel lied and turned us in only this time i don't even know this man... why does this happen to me Melody please for once can i not love a man so easily just one time" then they all turned when a loud bang sounded through out the room then Will Turner walked toward them and said " i'll get you three out if you help me save Elizabeth" Mercy went to protest but Jack put his hand on her mouth and nodded with a smile on his face " ye have a deal but I've one question how are ye going to get us out Mr.Turner" Will smirked and looked at the cages and saw the rusty ends " i am the one that made this bars with the right tools i could get you out but no tools so i'll have to break you out by lifting this up" then he pulled the bars up and Jack, Melody, and Mercy crawled out quickly and thanked Will.

Mercy looked at the two men and her sister she then sighed " how are we going to get out of here if we don't have a ship" Jack smiled and pointed at the Commodores ship and laughed at the look on there faces he stopped and they looked at him a little bit worried " ye have to listen to me plan" then he started to tell them what the plan was, Melody distracted the soldiers and Mercy ran past and she started cutting the rope holding the ship in place and Jack and Will were hiding under a upside down boat and floating and kind of running to where Mercy was waving her hands to Melody so they could hurry up the plan and go get Jacks crew, they all hurried on and Jack steered the boat the whole way there while Melody was in the nest looking for enemy crew ships and Mercy was hanging on the rail then Will walked to her " i am sorry miss but i never got your name" Mercy looked at him and said " my name Mr.Turner is Mercedes Sparrow but please call me Mercy i am not the kind of person to wear dresses and sip tea while faking a pretty smile for my parents but Will dear my parents were pirates born and raised i am" he looked at her with a shocked face and then he smiled " i am happy that you don't have to be caged Mercy I am sorry but how did your parents die if i may ask" she sighed " they were killed by a Pirate and a Navy war they were trying to escape with my sister and i but they died from the ex-navy captain Barbossa" Will nodded and said his apologies to her and he wanted to talk to her cause for a reason her did not know he was pulled toward her and liked being around her at all times but Jack interrupted and said they were almost in Tortuga Will asked how close and Jack pointed " there" and before Will there was a island that had many boats there and he felt a bit of fear only it stopped when Mercy said " i am back home my friends" he felt a small happiness for Mercy but his mind were torn between two women, now he was confused for both women he was in love at both times may god help his poor heart.
