![]() Author has written 2 stories for Phantasy Star, King of Fighters, and Street Fighter. Little bit say here for starters, I’m an aussie, I have a huge interest in anime and video games. A lot of the things I write are of course going to based on them. I’m a huge fan of RPGs especially the Xenosaga series by Monolith Soft and the classic Phantasy Star series by Sega. I’m also a fairly huge fan of fighting games mostly being the popular Street Fighter series created by Capcom. Anyway, a few months ago I began writing my own fan fiction based on the classic Phantasy Star series. I enjoyed making up my own characters when I started writing this story and throwing them into already created worlds. I believe action is a good thing, lots of the things I have written have a fair few battle scenes but at the same time I like to think character development is just as important. Lots of the characters in my story are original but I tend to mix them up with characters that have actually appeared in the games to still give off the effect it’s still a Phantasy Star story. Even when the story is only really focusing on my created characters, I like to throw small things from the game in such as a common enemy or even the name of an item or weapon so it doesn’t stray off and gives the feel its still set in the game universe. I’m still actually quite new to fan fiction so if you guys want to point anything out to me please do so it’ll be highly appreciated. My top 5 favourite fictional characters from various anime and games would be: 1. Akuma (Street Fighter) Works in Progress: The Anti-God: A short (three-chapter) story based on the video game Capcom vs. SNK 2. It follows the fighter known as Akuma and his desire to find and defeat worthy opponents. Will contain characters from both the Street Fighter games and King of Fighters games. Accepting Fate: A story loosely based on the classic Phantasy Star games. It features original characters the main characters being Autumn and Elisa, getting caught up in the sinister acts of the Profound Darkness and Dark Force. It currently spans 16 chapters concluding the first of three major story arcs. Expect to see more from this soon. |
