I'm 28 years old and trying to get back into updating somewhat again.

I was totally addicted to the Twilight books once I started reading them out of sheer curiosity just to see what the fuss was all about. Of course, in the first book, I completely adored Edward thinking he was totally what any girl would love, but as the stories went on I began to root for Jacob. I wanted Bella to stay with Jacob, she gave up too much for Edward if you ask me. Yeah he was sweet and whatever blah, blah, blah. I, personally could not give up food and sleep for the rest of my existence, so that would've been a deal breaker, plus the first time someone detaches my car battery, they're outta here. I guess I was happy that it seemed the main characters all had closure, but some of it was kinda creepy.

I had made my peace with the Twilight books until I stumbled across FanFiction by pure coincidence. Now, I would rather read most of the stories on here than the original version. Sad, I know. :)

Before Twilight, I was a Harry Potter fan, and I still am, I've just grown out of it a bit. I'm still looking for a fic on here that I like for Harry Potter, but I haven't seen too many, yet I haven't looked a whole lot, I'll admit. I love Percy Jackson & the Olympians and all the spinoffs. Although I don't believe in the numerous gods and goddesses they portray, the idea has always interested me.

Right now, I'm in the process of developing my own FanFic. I'm not sure where the story is going but it's safe to say it won't be all canon pairings. I enjoy stories on here that explore other relationships beside her dependant one with Edward, yet I have found ones on here that involve Edward and her in a healthy relationship, which I prefer. I wanted to be a beta because sometimes I read stories on here and I'm shocked at how many mistakes are in them, so I'd want to help, bc most of the time I'm a stickler for grammar and misspelled words. But I saw on here you have to write first before you become a beta, hence the reason I started a story in the first place.

I've posted my first story From Phoenix to La Push. I'm wanting some feedback from readers to let me know if it seems like a good place to start. I've got a few alerts and faves on my story and I receive reviews from a select few. Let me know what you think, good or bad! :)
