Set after the events of 8x18 (Threads) / 8x19 (Moebius) and before the beginning of season 9, and explains how Sam Carter and Jack O'Neill finally get together, and why they get reassigned. After her experience aboard "Prometheus" Sam decides to finally get a life but is shocked when Janet tells her she's pregnant, which is simply impossible. Fearing the child isn't human she and SG-1 try to find answers but the truth is something they are completely unprepared for.

Ellie wishes she didn't know so much about the people in her life.

The Goa'uld destroyed Earth and only a handful of humans escaped. Sam/Jack fluffy story. Completed.

Sam informs him, in that blunt way that she has, that if they ever want to do this again, it had better be sooner rather than later.
