I'm fairly new to this fan fiction thing. I accidentally stumbled upon this website, and from then on, I was completely hooked. I was totally blown away by these excellent fan fics, and I couldn't help but be in awe of the fantastic writers here.

It's hard to describe my fascination for anime. I've told myself over and over again that I'm already too old for this ( yesI consider myself old, since I'm already in my twenties ), and yet I still find myself being drawn to japanese animation. I haven't been able to watch as many as I would like to, and so I'm definitely looking forward to watching more animes in the future.

For those of you who are a bit curious about me(as if!), let me describe myself a bit. If not, just skip this part, will ya? I'm a woman living somewhere in Asia, and as I've mentioned earlier, I'm already in my twenties ( yeah, yeah and I still write like a 12-year-old, I know...hehe).I do act my age most of the times, but this obsession of mine with anime is definitely an exception. I've been out of work for God knows how long, but the good news is that finally I got myself a job! I can't wait to start. Besides my love for anime, I also love to read books. They are my first love, actually. I've been a certified bookworm ever since I was a child. I read mostly fiction likenovels by Anne Rice, Sidney Sheldon, John Grisham, Dean Koontz, Judith McNaught, Danielle Steel, NicolasSparks, etc., but I do try to read non-fiction as well. I like going out with my friends, and I loooove watching movies ( I'm a movie buff and a couch potato as well ). I also love driving. I find it completely relaxing, but of course, sometimes I can't help but lose my temper over the not-so-disciplined drivers in our country. I'm rather fond of surfing the net, and of course, chatting!!( who doesn't? I can't believe I only started just a couple of months ago) I absolutely love listening to music. I listen to everthing from classical to metal. I also like playing the piano,but I'm not very good at it.I can only play acouple of songs. I'm very frustrated that I still cannot finish "Scarlet" from Ayashi No Ceres ( I think it's an absolutely beautiful piano piece!).I know how to play most of it,except for the last part.It's too difficult for me to play, and I'm still trying to finish it. I'm about to learn "Sadame" from X TV Series, and I'mhoping that I can finish this piece without a hitch.

About my Hunter X Hunter fic, "Exploits of a Blonde Ryodan":

Ididn't really plan to write a fic, after all I don't have a flair for writing. But after reading a lot of hunter x hunter fics, I suddenly had the urge to write one myself. A voice inside my head warned me that I should just stick to reading, but then fortunately or unfortunately for the readers here, I went ahead and wrote my very first fan fiction. To the readers, chapter 2 is now up! I'm sorry it took me so long to update my fic. Hope you enjoy it! To the reviewers, thank you for taking the time to comment on my story.

November 12, 2004 : It has been two weeks now, and I haven't even started chapter 3 yet.(sorry!!) Actually, I already wrote the first draft a few months ago,but there's still a lot of room for inprovement.As a matter of fact, it is in dire need of a complete revision. A complete overhaul, I must say. I simply just don't have the time right now to write.I've been busy fulfilling my pre-employment requirements , and I keep running back and forth to my soon-to-be workplace. Plus,there were also a lot of errands that also kept me busy.Of course, I'll be even more busy when I start working. I'll do my best though to still find time for my writing.
