Hello There!

I'm Hayashi Rika! No I'm not Japanese, this name is a variation, if you will, of my name.

Woods is my real last name and "Hayashi" means "Forest" or "Woods" :) and Rika or Rica is part of my first. It's a nickname I've had since I was a teeny, tiny baby. I'm 20 but will be 21 in march! Woohoo!! I've been reading fanfiction since i was in 9th grade and at first I didn't think it would interest but after reading more and more stories i was blown away! It amazes me how some people can take a story to a whole new level and there are some stories that I've read that i felt really connected with :D.

I stopped reading fanfictions around the time i entered high school. Not because I was getting older or I thought it was childish but because of something called "Life" lol -_-. When i did get to manage to find time to start reading again some of the stories I was reading kind of disappeared! So I don't know if the authors are no longer on fanfic and they took their stories down or if the site itself went through a change. Umm..like I said, after reading so many stories I was inspired to try my hand at writing. I used to write stories and stuff, but was mostly for my English classes. I'm not an expert and I do like when people point out what isn't right or what doesn't fit. This will be my first time writing fanfiction of any kind, so I ask that you be gentle ;) but none the less point out any mistakes.

I like fanfictions that keep "in character" meaning if a character is serious or goofy in the anime/manga, they're serious or goofy in the story. But then again it isn't bad to have the character act slightly different. That's just MY opinion. Also I'm pretty anal about grammar. That isn't to stay I won't misspell a word or a name. If you feel as though I misspelled something please, please let me know! I love criticism because I feel that it helps a person grow and realize that with the right steps they can be great! also it takes the person down a peg if they get too big of a ego. But. Don't. Be. An. Asshole. About. It.

My favorite cartoon/anime/manga: Naruto of course! although its ending T_T, Bleach, Kuroshitsuji(Black Butler), Sailor Moon, DragonBall Z, Shin-chan, Yotsubato!, Azumangadaioh! You're My Love Prize In Viewfinder, Beelzubub, GetBackers, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Ranma 1/2, Niichijou, Acid Town, Drug & Drop, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Family Guy, Hey Arnold, CatDog and a lot more than i can mention

I'm a fan of yaoi. At first I didn't know what it was until this is girl who I was friends with told me about it. The first yaoi I saw/read was either Okane Ga Nai or Boku no Pico, I can't remember. I don't know what i thought it was but uhh yea o_0 haha. I liked Okane Ga Nai but i'm not sold on Boku No Pico!!

Favorite Pairs:

Naruto: ItachixNaruto, it's rare but I really love this pair. I like SasukexNaruto but I feel it's overdone but whatever. Naruto will probably always be the bottom when it comes to the Uchihas :) GaaraxNaruto, they know what each others been through. (NejixGaara, KakaxIruka, DeidaraxSasori)

Bleach: Hollow IchigoxIchigo, maybe ByakuyaxIchigo (if the story is done right!) RenjixByakuya, IchigoxRukia (they should just get married!!)
