Cassie July: "Ohio? That’s even worse." Came to the show very very late, feeling lonely around Christmas 2017 and for some unknown reason typed Glee in the Netflix search, I was hooked! Thought season 1-3 were fun, if it weren't for the NY storyline, i.e., Rachel, Kurt & Santana, in seasons 4 & 5 I would have quit watching the show. Season 6 stopped watching after 'The Wedding.' Total Brittana fan. Don't get the Faberry chemistry on the show, however, do enjoy Faberry stories. Enjoy Klaine on the show, however, don't read Klaine stories unless they're part of Brittana/Faberry stories. Mercedes - she was the heart of the show. She was there to extend a hand when they needed help (Quinn). Pull them back up when they fell (Rachel, Santana, Kurt). Knew when something didn't work in her own life and was brave enough to let it go (Sam, cheerleader). Overcame her fears, found comfort in her faith, and never lost focus on her goals. My FF stories won't be everyone's cup of tea - I'm not writing rom-coms where Brittana live happily ever after (though I do read & like those stories). My preference is to take throwaway lines or lines that were intended as a laugh or unusual pairings and explore them. Such is the case with 'Even If It's a Lie' Santana with Karofsky and one story still on the back burner exploring Brittany as an NPE (genealogy term that indicates non-paternity event). Point out an error or something you disagree with - I'll defend my choice, though it doesn't mean I made the 'right' choice - always open to hearing other opinions/options. And I'll do my utmost to correct the error provided it doesn't change the story. |
