After Stiles is in a car accident he is caught between life and death, stuck, and unable to get back. While his friends try to figure out why he won't wake up, Stiles is visited by those who have already died, for better or worse, he has plenty of people who want a word with him as he figures out who- or what- is keeping him in the in-between.

Takes place after Season 3, yes I know- forever ago. Dean wakes up in his coffin after rising from Hell with no memory. He doesn't find Sam or Bobby and instead meets new hunters as he does favors for heaven in exchange for staying out of Hell. When he runs into Sam on a hunt- all Hell breaks lose.

Theo goes digging around for information in Stiles mind. But again, he doesn't do it correctly and stiles is left comatose, trapped within his own head. Scott and Lydia once again have to enter his mind and bring him through his own subconscious, which has trapped him reliving the worst moments of his life. Will they be able to reach through the fog of his mind to get him back?
