My passion for cooking began as a child spending time inside kitchen with my moms and dads and my Sicilian nanna. While other children were watching Sesame Street, My partner and i was watching the greats Julia Infant and Graham Kerr. After having a lifetime of cooking, baking, and catering for activities, mates, and family; I chosen to start my own Personalized Chef Service. In June 2005, I completed your Culinary Business Academys Personal Chef training program. My organization is also a member of north america Personal Chefs Association. My culinary education does not stop there; I also have completed classes at the California Culinary Academy, inside Weekend Gourmet Program in S . fransisco and locally in the Professional Chef Program in the New School of Cooking food in Culver City.
