Erase and Rewind: I finally updated! Woohoo! The new job is a bit more stressful than I was expecting, takes up a bit more time. So EaR has been suffering the consequences. However...

...July 2008 is about a third done at this point. I'm hoping to have two more chapters up before the holidays. Jeez...soon I won't be writing a year ahead. It'll actually BE 2008.

You see that? Back up there, that last update notice? Yeah, I TOTALLY made the first half of that deadline. I think that deserves a bit of celebratory partying. So I'll be watching the rerun of "Sleight Out of Hand" with a cup of cocoa and reveling in the DL love while I work on August. The only way the night could get better is if I managed to throw together a dance party in my living room with an open bar and a dj who doesn't mind playing all 80s all the time.

After this, I'm hoping to be able to move on to the oneshots that are rummaging around in my Muse Bank, trying to find a muse willing to take them on.

Unfortunately, my Mac/Dick story is still on hiatus. I didn't really follow Veronica Mars during its last season. And now someone has disappeared with my boxed sets of seasons 1 and 2. However, perhaps once I get those back and watch season 2 again, I'll be able to finish "Life's Funny That Way." Sorry to anyone who was following it, I just can't seem to get inspired. And I can't find my notes on it, either, so if you find those floating around, could you tell them to head on back to my desk?
