Poll: Okay, so as we know, dragonification is irreversible. That said, we have seen Irene/Eileen and Acnologia both transform from one form to the other through magical means (though not quite sure yet how Acnologia is doing it, except maybe through sheer willpower). That said, do we want to see Ciara's dragonification... Vote Now! |
![]() Author has written 16 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Inheritance Cycle, Avatar: Last Airbender, Hakuōki/薄桜鬼, Hiiro no Kakera/緋色の欠片, Naruto, Inuyasha, Fairy Tail, Romeo × Juliet, and Bleach. A little about me: I've got a few favorite OC names (Ciara, in particular is my favorite, but also Kaea and Asaya, and sometimes Akari), and I always add an OC to my fanfics. I'm not big on tearing apart established/canon pairings, so mine tend to be pairing up with the characters that I like, who get left out, characters who are normally paired up but can't be together because of intractable forces, or entirely new characters in some cases. Or, in even rarer cases, I will break of canon pairings when they just...make no sense to me at all on a logical and psychological level. I update when I can, and when the inspiration to write hits me. I try to work around my school schedule as best I can, there's just a whole lot of work to do for my classes. And of course, sometimes I'm just completely burnt out. So updates can be very slow at times, especially with a lot of my writing time dedicated to collaborative works. Also, positive and encouraging reviews help to motivate and inspire me, and that gets me updating faster. Reviews pointing out whole lists of things that people don't like about the story do NOT help me to update faster. Honestly, I can't imagine that there's anyone who gets criticism and then immediately feels inspired instead of downtrodden. I really hope that people learn more in the way of respect for writers, especially ones who put a lot of effort into their stories. Because some of the reviews I've seen are just straight up disrespectful and even assholish. My specialty is writing a story within canon, so if this is not your cup of tea, I'm sorry. However, if you are going to bash me for sticking to canon, then I'm sure that I can find a creative way of telling you where to put those opinions. I'm also working on a Naruto-Skyrim crossover, since a story that I'm following and quite fond of fits into that crossover universe. To write it, I will be using Oblivion and Skyrim (both of which I have beaten), and inserting Naruto characters with their personalities mostly intact (within reason, since there are changes that reflect the different backstories). So, I thought, what the heck, I've been a fan of Harry Potter for a decade and a half, so why not get myself tested properly on Pottermore. Well, the results surprised me, to say the least. So, let's combine the house I got with my sun sign first. Slytherin A Slytherin Aries is a bundle of contradictions. In some ways, they have the potential to be the strongest of their House - the intensity, drive, and brilliant visionary dreams of the Aries combined with the innate leadership skills, the charisma, and the profound sense of self (including the eccentric lack of interest in conforming to what other people think) is stuff of which great magical legends are made. However, a Slytherin Aries has much to learn about politics, knowing who is an appropriate object of trust and who is not trustworthy, knowing when to keep one's mouth shut, and knowing when to avoid acting on impulse in order to use a situation to its best advantage. Although they hate to admit it, these Slytherins are easily manipulated by more cynical, shrewd peers in the Serpent's Den. If they can learn to manage their blind spots, they will go far. Slytherin Aries types can be quite cruel, especially if they have enough physical prowess to bully smaller students; those that are not cruel can still be thoughtless and brutally tactless without actually meaning to cause damage. My Ilvermorny House Thunderbird Named by Chadwick Boot after his favourite magical beast, the Thunderbird, a beast that can create storms as it flies. Thunderbird house is sometimes considered to represent the soul of a witch or wizard. It is also said that Thunderbird favours adventurers. My wand specifics... Maple I have often found that those chosen by maple wands are by nature travellers and explorers; they are not stay-at-home wands, and prefer ambition in their witch or wizard, otherwise their magic grows heavy and lacklustre. Fresh challenges and regular changes of scene cause this wand to literally shine, burnishing itself as it grows, with its partner, in ability and status. This is a beautiful and desirable wood, and wand quality maple has been among the most costly for centuries. Possession of a maple wand has long been a mark of status, because of its reputation as the wand of high achievers. Phoenix Feather This is the rarest core type. Phoenix feathers are capable of the greatest range of magic, though they may take longer than either unicorn or dragon cores to reveal this. They show the most initiative, sometimes acting of their own accord, a quality that many witches and wizards dislike. Phoenix feather wands are always the pickiest when it comes to potential owners, for the creature from which they are taken is one of the most independent and detached in the world. These wands are the hardest to tame and to personalise, and their allegiance is usually hard won. 12 " in length Surprisingly Swishy flexibility |
