![]() Author has written 5 stories for RWBY, Beelzebub/べるぜバブ, and League of Legends. I'm fairly new to all of this and I don't know when or what or why I'll be writing. One thing I'm fairly certain about is I have things I wanna write about and it will not be masterfully written. I'm a highschool student. I love anime and manga to an unhealthy extent. One of my obsessions is romance, and the pursuit of such. Not for myself, but for my favorite characters! I have a thing for father/daughter and brother/sister relationships (non romantic, just heartwarming stuff like that). I also love those solid, shounen spirit bro moments. Reading reviews is so scary! I'm freaking shaking all over from reading just one but its so gratifying to get feedback and fix my work. I write mainly for fun, so after long writing sessions I get this weird giddy feeling. Makes me want to do something with my life. Ah, screw it. Looking back I feel as if my avatar may just possibly be a little bit creepy. But Shuu is Shuu, so he's staying there dammit. The doc manager for Fanfiction.net is better (for my computer at least) than Google Docs is. I'm impressed. Out of all my stories, I can relax the most with the Draven fic and the Man with a Hundred Faces. It's fun because I have no endgame I want to get to; there is nothing at all planned for it. In contrast, I have definite goals for my RWBY fics, but few ideas of how to get there. That might explain the... hiatus thus far. Writing a sequel is pretty weird. It's not just carrying over the same setting and characters and previous plot points into a new scenario; it's also about minding the fact that you have the same audience as before. Writing a new story that's kind of like the original but not too much like the original can also feel pretty restricting. You don't want to disappoint, but you don't want to bore yourself to tears by writing the same thing over again. What to do? |
