Merlin's magic is revealed and there are forces working against him and the creation of Albion. Follows the story of Merlin, Arthur, and some of the knights surrounding them after Merlin's secret is revealed. Canon up to 5x06, *SPOILER* acknowledges the death, not explicitly, of a knight in 5x06. Many more chapters to come.

The prophecies speak of Morgana becoming the most powerful and treacherous high priestess in Arthur's time. Morgana believes that she alone is in control of her destiny. But what if circumstances prove themselves too great? This time, Merlin might not be able to intervene as he finds himself getting caught up in the forces of destiny. Set after "First Impressions".

Merlin finds Morgana, after two long years in the darkness.

What would have happened if Morgana hold told Arthur about her magic? What if it had been she that had convinced him that not all magic was to be ill-fated? An alternate 'what if' series centered around Arthur and Morgana's relationship. In this, they are not brother and sister. It also contains Dark!Merlin, the Battle of Camlann and Avalon as it should have been. Please review!

When a strange man arrives to Camelot, Merlin's life will change forever. Who is this man? What does he want? Set one year after season 4. There will be some Mergana further ahead in the story.

Every 500 years, to strengthen the bond between them and their dragon kin, the Dragonlords are transformed into Dragons. Now, that time has come again, and Camelot's warlock protector is about to experience the next part of his birthright.

Merlin tells Morgana about his magic when she firsts starts to realize that she has magic. A strong friendship strikes up between them and then maybe something more? Don't quite know where this is going, fluff is quite probable, slightly AU.

Merlin decides to travel in order to understand himself and his relation with Arthur and ends up in another country. After being almost killed and saved by a man named Robin Hood, he decides to stay with him and his group of merry men. No slash.

Merlin and Morgana were lovers, they knew how thin the line was between love and hate. Morgan has always been fascinated by the Arthurian legend, but when two roses bring back memories, she has to find him. The one she loves. Reincarnation, Modern, slight AU. Morgana uses the fomorroh to manipulate Arthur into hunting down and killing Emrys. Little do they know the man they are both searching for is much closer than they think … AU of 4x06, 'A Servant of Two Masters'.

Morgana saves Uther after he is mortally wounded on Arthur's birthday. What causes her change of heart and where will it lead her, especially with the return of Tristan de Bois. Eventual Mergana, with a focus on her relationships with Arthur, Uther, and Gwen. Picks up at Season 4 episode 3 (The Wicked Day).

Season 1 Episode 8. This takes place after Arthur catches Morgana and Uther yelled at her. What if when Morgana left, Merlin was outside the throne room? Merlin sees the marks on Morgana's neck. What will Merlin do? Merlin/ Morgana. Disclaimer... I don't own Merlin!

Morgana finds out Merlin has magic and terrible things are about to happen. Merlin knows there is a sense of doom soon to come and goes back in time to try and save Morgana, his destiny, his love, and his friend

Guinevere has had a child after Arthur died. A little girl named Guinever Arabelle, but she goes by her second name. When a mystery man shows up in Camelot with big news that an army is coming to take Camelot. Merlin knows exactly who it is... I suck at summeries I'm sorry. Rating may change.

Merlin is summoned to the Lake of Avalon and witnesses Arthur's return. The young warlock must acquaint his king to the 21st century while old enemies being to awaken in the midst of the reunion. This story sees the reincarnation of all/most of the characters from the BBC series. Major ships include Merthur, Arwen, and Mergana.

(Following my Season 5 - Please read first.) The stakes are raised with a change in the Pendragon dynasty. Merlin faces trouble with the secrecy of his magic, and a war of the heart. The battle for Camelot has seen the die cast. (Eventual Reveal Fic.)

Like others, I was very much saddened that Merlin came to an end. I have therefore written this story, an alternative ending of what happens after the Battle of Camlann with Arthur surviving as king, Merlin living by his side as a known sorcerer, the mysteries of Aithusa explained and how the Land of Albion unites. My take on what would happen if Arthur overheard Merlin outing himself to Uther's ghost.

When Morgana has a dream where Merlin saves her life, old memories and feelings resurface. She's determined to kill him, but how can you kill someone you love?

When Uther decides that it is time for Morgana to settle down and marry, she has her own opinion on the matter. Merlin struggles watching Morgana be wooed, knowing that he can never be open with his feelings toward her. Will Morgana choose a life of normalcy to keep her magic hidden? Takes place during Season 3, after my short story, "There is Another Way".

A trade agreement brings Arthur and Merlin to a fishing village called Halen. But before long, a mystery accompanies their visit. Men have been going missing, with no bodies being discovered. Merlin suspects magic, and when Arthur goes missing, too, it becomes clear that he's right. How far will Merlin go in order to save Arthur from sea women with a taste for blood? No slash.

After Camlann, Merlin rushes to save Arthur with the help of an old friend. The challenges continue for the two as they return to Camelot. Will include a larger-scale Camelot reveal, Aithusa and more! SPOILERS 5.13. AU.

There was nothing but darkness. Merlin could see nothing. Could hear nothing of the screams of his friends, calling his name, pounding the cold, hard stone surrounding him, shutting him off from the light. Little does he know, they can. They can hear everything. (Rated T as a safety blanket for very mild language.)

Merlin is the last dragonlord and receives a vision that Aithusa is in trouble and he and Kilgharrah will not be happy with what they find. Takes place in between series 4 and 5 about a month into Aithusa's captivity Merlin BAMF! and Dark Merlin reveal later on and some Mergana as well.

Arthur was destined to unite the lands of Albion, and in Kilgarrah's words, the young king will rise again to fulfill this mission, and Merlin would be there to guide him. Set in the future, continuing after S05E13.

Arthur returns to Merlin in 21st century Britain. Together, they try to resolve the things left unsaid since they last saw each other, while trying to adjust Arthur to modern life. And as Merlin desperately tries to figure out why Albion needs him now, Arthur begins to suspect he was brought back for one specific reason-Merlin. Continues immediately following the series finale.

After Camlann, Percival saw Gwaine die. Or did he? More dead than alive, Gwaine is rescued by a mysterious Druid woman who helps him find a new place among the guardians-and legends-of Albion.

Post 5x13. Agent Arthur Pendragon and his team are the best the Agency has to offer. But their boss has started sending them on search and retrieve missions after odd things, like a broken sword. Then comes Chicago, and suddenly the game has changed.

Morgana is a freshman at Albion High but her world is turned upside down when she meets the mysterious Merlin. She keeps having dreams of him and remembering memories she doesn't remembering having. But how she will cope when she finds out that she and him are destined to be? All she ever wanted was a magical year and it turns out she gets more magic than she bargained for.

A rewrite of a scene in 2x03. Merlin confirms Morgana's fears that she has magic, and resolves to tell her the truth instead of sending her to the Druids. "I have magic."

Arthur turned his back, not wanting Merlin to see the tears that had welled up in his eyes, threatening to break loose. The man who had been there from the beginning wasn't going to be there to support him 'till the end. *Alternate Ending for 5.13*

But what if Merlin was put into the position where he had to tell Morgana the truth right from the beginning? How would the story unfold from then on? Starts from 1x08, AU. Merlin/Morgana, Arthur/Gwen and most friendships that are canon to Merlin.

Merlin has always thought that the sorcerer chooses the familiar; his new familiar begs to differ. Fix-it fic, of sorts, for events in the S5 finale. Epilogue - At Beltane, Merlin decides to use the Horn of Cathbhadh to make peace with his past - only to find that the one man he truly wants to speak with does not appear when he summons. Now added: Deleted Scenes.

When Morgana plans to raise some of the most powerful sorcerers from the dead Merlin, Arthur and the knights must travel to the Land of the Dead to stop her but what will they discover about each other and themselves while they are there.

Merlin/Arthur friendship, no slash. AU compared to last episodes of Season 5 but otherwise the same. Merlin finds himself having to protect Arthur from Mordred but does not count on the fact that this time his true powers would be revealed. Due to popular opinion I have decided to make this a longer fic... Not sure how long. But the second chapter is up for those who want!

Well since the finale left us all in a sobbing pile of tears, I wrote a very short continuation of the final scene to deal with my "Feels". Not slash unless you want to see it like that. One shot
