Imako Tanuma always experiences the same frightening dream every time his anemia kicks in. One day, he wakes up in what's left of his school's clinic, and is rescued by a mysterious individual. After moving to Kazamatsuri, he must try to lead a new life, but it seems he cannot escape from his past, nor from the parties who want him alive for their own reasons.
