I am a 21-year-old undergrad, working toward my BA in English. I am a professional writer as well--I write miscellaneous articles for a marketing company in my home state. I've led a pretty interesting life so far, and I've lived in some great places, so you will probably see some of them crop up in my writing. I also love nature and the outdoors, folklore and fairytales, dogs, horses, and music, so you will definitely see that crop up in my writing as well. I spend a lot more time on my original work, my job, and school junk than on fanfiction, but my good friend PrajnaK (go check out her stuff!) has reinvigorated my love affair with fanfiction. I like to explore serious themes such as death, illicit sexual relationships, depression, losing control, and life-altering mistakes. I try to include humor in my work to lighten things up, but do expect a lot of gravity when you read my work.
