John finds Sherlock in a pool of his own blood at the bottom of the stairs. He's not dead, but his condition could be critical. John acts fast and Sherlock is taken to hospital. John then finds out Sherlock has been working on a case behind his back, and John tries to find out what it is.

Sherlock want to tell John he loves, but John has to leave! Sadly.

This is my first Sherlock fanfic, in fact, it's my first proper fanfic. It's about Sherlock getting home one day to find Watson isn't there. It's Sherlock's journey to find him...btw it involves (now dead) Moriaty!
