The Rukaru Adaptation Contest

This is a contest for the best Rukaru fanfic. Rules explained below:

Theme

The theme is make a parody/adaptation of a movie/novel/TV show/poem etc., using the titular couple Rukaru (RukaxHotaru). Example: Titanic, Percy Jackson & The Olympians, Gossip Girl, Valentine's Day (The movie). Okay, as an example, if you were to do Titanic, you'd make them the main couple, blah blah blah. Try to switch it up, because people who know the movie/novel/TV show/poem you're using will know what happened and it'll be totally boring. Remember, you don't need to use the exact title of the type of media. Don't name your fanfic Valentine's Day. Change it. Make it your own. Remember the disclaimers!

Oh, and if you were thinking of doing a songfic, it absolutely HAS to be a song FROM THE MOVIE. For example, if you were to do, I dunno, The Little Mermaid, don't randomly put a Jason Derulo song. You'd have to use "Part of Your World" and such and such. But your fanfic cannot be a songfic, a part of your fanfic can contain a song, but the story can not be a songfic.

REMEMBER: IN THE SUMMARY, WRITE "FOR THE R.A CONTEST or RUKARU ADAPTATION CONTEST. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE ENTRY, PUT ENTRY #1 OR ENTRY #2. IN THE FIRST CHAPTER, IN YOUR AUTHOR'S NOTE, PUT "FOR UNPREDICTABLE PREDICTION & NOSTALGIC ROSE'S RUKARU ADAPTATION CONTEST.

Rules Regulations

Fanfic has to be from 2,000-10,000 words. Doesn't have to be exact, like you can go 25 words over 10,000 or whatever. It is 2,000-10,000 words for a one-shot and it you do chapters then it's the same limit for every chapter.

-It can be a one shot or up to five chapters. If you simply cannot just fit all your stories into 5 chapters, you can go one or two over. But try to refrain from doing this, please!

-Alice or No Alice it's up to you.

-AU (Alternate Universe) or not, again, it's up to you!

-Frequent grammer/spelling mistakes will not be tolerated. A few harmless typos are fine, but don't make the same mistake five times over.

-Please refrain from using useless Japanese phrases. Honorifics (-san, -sensei, -sama etc.) are totally fine, but putting random phrases, even the simplest "Arigatou!" is not. Remember, try NOT to do this.

-You MUST use these quotes in your story. They are chosen out of random. Nostalgic Rose & I have each chosen one: "My socks are gray." & "Well, at least I HAVE HAIR."

-Any point of view (POV) but try not to make it complicated. You can also do one in any person (1st, 3rd etc.)

UPDATES/NEWS~!

~ So I've posted Chapter 6 of Forgotten Love a while ago! I'm sorry, it was short, but I'm almost done Chapter 7! It'll be up MAYBE 2night, but I'm not absolutely sure yet.

~ I'm starting a Rukaru Fanfic and hopefully that'llbe up @ the same time as Chapter 7 of Forgotten Love (FL = It's the short version of Forgotten Love)! Here's a mini-mini summary of the fanfic:
The Annual Sakura Spring Ball is coming up soon and it was the boys turn to chose a girl to go to the dance with. Ruka, who was too nervous to ask Hotaru to the dance, made a deal with Natsume. So as long as Natsume goes with Mikan, Ruka had to go with Hotaru, giving him no choice but to ask her, but what happens when Hotaru finds out it was a deal and believes there was no true emotion behind his intentions? Could their perfect night be destroyed?

In this fanfic it has : the main pairing, Ruka and Hotaru, next : Natsume and Mikan and last Koko and Sumire.
