Well, what's to say? I've been working on a lot of original fiction lately, but due to my sudden lack of inspiration I've hurried over to the fanfiction world to try my hand with some new fandoms.

The Mortal Instruments! God, I love those books. Cassie Clare is currently tied with Suzanne Collins as my favorite author. They're both freaking geniuses... but Jesus, TMI is my favorite series. Ever. I love TID, too, but I doubt I'll write for them, since the Victorian era is uncharted territory for me. Maybe one day, but for now, I'm sticking with the awesomeness that is Shadowhunter NYC. Jace Wayland/Herondale/Lightwood/whatever is my husband. My book husband, that is. I'll say it here and now, this is my mantra. I always love the arrogant ones. And he's so beautifully damaged it's amazing. And Magnus... Magnus is just amazing. I want a best friend exactly like him xD Izzy is cool, too. But Alec gets on my nerves sometimes. So does Clary.

I'm a hardcore Hunger Games fan. The books were amazing and the movie definitely did them justice. Katniss/Peeta ftw. I loved Gale up until the third book--he just got so needy and annoying. Also, I love Rue. She was so adorable. I was heartbroken when she died. And Finnick! Oh god, my heart literally sunk when he died. I loved that boy so much. I always adore the arrogant ones xD

And, I really like Harry Potter and Harry/Hermione. They just have that sort of connection, and they actually make sense, unlike the train wrecks we know as Hermione/Ron and Harry/Ginny. Hermione and Ron fight constantly, and he's always saying or doing something that hurts her in some way. Harry and Ginny just makes no sense to me at all. Don't get me wrong, I like Ginny, she can get pretty badass, it just seems like she was dropped into the story out of nowhere. And Harry, well, he just randomly falls in love with her. I think I would've liked them better if she'd appeared more before HBP, and if she and Harry had more interactions. I'm also in love with the Marauders era, so get ready for some fics about them. I wish JKR would do a prequel of some kind! Just to give us an idea.

One Tree Hill. It really is the show that changes lives--or at least mine, anyway. I loved that show for the first three and a half seasons. After that it kind of went downhill until season 8. Then it picked back up again. Brooke Davis is my own personal idol, and I love her to pieces. She was so strong, dealing with so much. Also, I really really don't care for Peyton. Like, at all. I could honestly say I wouldn't have cared if she'd died. Breyton is crap, they claim to be "best friends", yet Peyton's so involved in herself she hardly ever notices Brooke's struggles. Not to mention they almost always let a boy come between them. I'm a Baley girl all the way. Haley can overreact, but you can tell she does all the things she does because she cares about the people around her. I'm a Brucas lover, but mostly only because I love Brooke, and Lucas shaped her into the girl I idolize. Plus, I don't like Julian with Brooke. I like him as a character, but not with Brookie.

Once Upon a Time is also a newer obsession of mine. I used to watch True Blood, and I kind of still do, but Once Upon a Time just kind of came in and stole me away. Snow and Charming were adorable, and Henry is just too cute! Also, I honestly don't care who Emma's love ends up being, whether it's Jefferson, a reincarnated Huntsman, or August, but I must say I'm leaning more towards August since The Stranger. The only ship I think I'll have trouble adjusting to is her and Bae. It just seems... ick. But I have to say the characters that have stolen my heart are Mr. Gold/Rumpelstiltskin and Belle. Rumbelle is the cutest! Beauty and the Beast was always my favorite fairy tale, and the addition of Rum as Beast was just genius. They're my OTP of OUAT. I can't wait for more of them in season 2. I can honestly say I will go down with that ship. Also, I don't like the Evil Queen. I like Regina, the sweet, cute, innocent miller's daughter from The Stable Boy, before Cora came and fucked her mind up royally. I do think she deserves a second chance, but I don't know how much of a second chance she's going to get since casting the curse and making that huge, irreparable hole in her already bruised, mangled heart ): As far as OUAT villains go, though, I'm a Rumpelstiltskin girl. All the way.

Supernatural! I love SPN, and out of the two brothers, my favorite is definitely Dean. Sam is cute and all, but Dean is just my favorite. I'm only two episodes into season 7, due to my tendency to procrastinate, but so far all I want to do is hug Sammy. Stupid Lucifer! I love and hate him at the same time. Dean is my husband, though, and he always will be. Also, I'm already liking these Leviathan things better than Godstiel. Thank goodness he only lasted, what, five seconds? I still miss old Cas, tho ): Anyway, my favorite ships are Dean/Jo if we're talking canon, and Destiel if we're talking... not-canon.

Doctor Who. I just recently started watching it, and so far they've kicked me in my feels more times than I care to count. My friends recommended it to me, said it would be the most amazing thing I'd ever witnessed, and while I'm inclined to agree, they could've warned me about how attached I'd get to some of these characters - most of which will end up leaving at one point or another. Grr. Anyway, I'm still pretty green to this fandom, but I'll write for it. Favorite Doctor is Nine, and my favorite companion would have to be either Donna or Rose. Donna, because she's amazing and feisty, and Rose, because she was the first one to really meet and fix the Doctor after the Time War.

Newest fandom is Sleepy Hollow. It's amazing, and my current obsession along with the long-running one known as Doctor Who. It's still pretty new, so I can't say much about it other than it had me pulled in by the first episode.
