It is a truth universally acknowledged that Vulcans are in complete control of their emotions. I will now relate to you a series of anecdotes which suggest this theory to be, to use a human colloquialism, utter bullshit. This is how I envision the continuation of Beauty and the Beast, focusing in Belle and Adam's happily ever after (and any possible hardships along the way) as their 'tale as old as time' continues.

An alternate version of the Legolas and Bolg fight in Battle of the Five Armies. Instead of pulling a ridiculous stunt Legolas becomes severely wounded during his fight with Bolg. If Thranduil can't save him, he will die. A scene I really wished had been in the movies. (No slash! None of my stories will ever be slash. Rated for violence.)

Less than three years had passed since Adam had met his only love and his curse had been broken, yet cold windows cracked with ice and frost still put him at unrest. As if the cold grip of winter might swallow him whole and throw him back into the pits of eternal damnation. As if this was somehow all a very hyper realized fantasy.

It is 1945, and Rey Parker is a "Rosie" living in San Francisco, waiting to see her husband, Ben Solo, return safely from the Pacific front. They'd barely known one another when they'd decided to get married. They spent a week as man and wife before he'd deployed, and she had spent a lot of time since wondering what he had possibly seen in a skinny, plain farm girl from Oklahoma.

"I swear if that scoundrel elopes with my daughter he'll meet the wrong side of my lightsaber-" Slumping back in her seat, she hears Luke's terrible attempt to keep his laughter at bay.

In a world where there are no Jedi and no Sith, there are only angels and demons. She cannot help but wonder, even a little… If he was good once, does it mean his soul can be saved?

This time, he is sure Bail sees him shudder. He'd have to be blind not to. Swallowing thickly, Anakin tries to pull at least some part of his mind free from the fog of lust clouding it, the task is so much more difficult than he anticipated. All he can think of is Padme, her hand and her glorious, sinful mouth.

Palpatine wasn't the only thing frightening Padme, despite what she tells Anakin time and time again, she does fear dying in childbirth. AU!

Padmé struggles to deal with Anakin's frequent departures for weeks, even months, at a time during the Clone Wars. It's in these moments she contemplates the practicality of their marriage. Grief-stricken with loneliness, she stumbles across something she wrote a long time ago... a list of sorts. The find brings about a whole host of emotions she'd rather not deal with.

"She'd worked so hard perfecting the routine, desperate to please him; to shock him. Padme would be willing to bet every credit she owned that he'd never have imagined she'd do something like this. Force, she'd had no idea she was capable of such a thing… "

After the Battle of Geonosis, Anakin and Padmé return to their separate lives only to find that they must make a choice which will change both of their futures. Completed!
