Hi there, Sam here. I'm a college graduate who happens to have a lot of free time to write recently.

I've had this profile since... possibly forever, but most likely around early high school. So some of my favorites might be a little dated, but I did enjoy them all at one time, so I'm going to leave them up!

I love to read and write, like most people on this website. I don't really have as much interest as I used to in fanfiction (yet I'm still writing it) and my tastes are also much different than they used to be.

As you can probably guess based on my own writing and the stories I favorite, my favorite romantic/fairy tale trope is Beauty and the Beast, and almost all the reinterpretations of it.

I really enjoy fairy tales and fairy tale-esque stories (such as Peter Pan), but I also love a lot of classic works although they don't lend themselves to fanfiction for me personally (Tolstoy and Fitzgerald come to mind...).

I've been blessed that I've been able to go to Disney about a billion times in my childhood and adolescence which has made quite an impact on me. I've ALSO been blessed to see, in person, JK Rowling, John Irving, and Stephen King read their stories aloud, as well as tell anecdotes about writing. I'm a pretty lucky girl. But to be more to the point, all this has directly influenced the way I write and see the world, as well as other experiences that are not fit for public consumption wink wink (actually it's not really exciting or anything just not necessary for you guys to know).

If you ever want to message me about my writing or something you'd think I like or whatever, feel free. And if I hit the acclaim that some lucky writers on here get, please alert me to fanart of my writing. That would make my year.

I hope you enjoy my stories. I enjoyed writing them. Even the cheesiest ones.
