My story so far

I set up my account about a year ago and started writing an Adventure Time story. I got discouraged when no one read my stories so I quit, but now I'm back and this time I'm not leaving! Also my writing skills have got a lot better in that time so I hope it helps my upcoming stories I plan to do. My goal is to post stories that people like, and to improve my fiction writing skills in the process(We don't do it enough in school. It's all non-fiction this, research project that. No creativity!). I've got a lot of ideas for my current and only story, and I hope a beta reader can help me out along the way. I'm still not sure whether I'm going to lean more towards one-shots or long sprawling stories. I'll figure it out later. If you're still reading this(Wow that's a little weird but I'm flattered)

About myself

English is my absolute favorite class(I plan to major in the field when I finally get to college) and writing has always been a hobby of mine, so it's only natural I found this site. I aspire to become a decent writer. I absolutely love music(Check out my profile picture), I even play Violin, a little piano(Mostly video game songs), and I hope to one day finally learn to play the guitar! I love all types of music(Dubstep, Alternative, Rock, 80s pop, Hip-Hop, Rap, Punk Rock, Ska Punk, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Jazz, Smooth Jazz, House, Progressive House, Country etc). I'm also a huge video game nerd. I owned almost every single video game console at one point(Going all the way back to the Atari days). The last game I beat was Final Fantasy 7(Fantastic game. Everyone needs to play this. Sephiroth was brutal). My favorite cartoon is Avatar: The Last Airbender(I can't wait until Korra!). My favorite comic series is Scott Pilgrim. I'm 3 months shy of completing my Sophmore year in high school. I think I'm done.

Final Fantasy VII-

Wow. They say don't believe the hype, but this game blew away all my expectations. For being 15 years old as well. This game was fantastic. I feel in love with the characters. The story was amazing. The gameplay was deep and awarding if you got into it. It has it's flaws(translation problems for one which take away from the feel) but the good so outweighs the bad. I still get a heavy heart listening to Aeris's theme, and goosebumps from Sephiroth's theme(Stop casting Super Nova!!!)

*UPDATES* 3/3/12 - Just edited my last few chapters, added some details, fixed some errors, working on Chapter 4. Should be up in a few.

3/3/12 - Chapter 4 is up for my story. Hope you like it! Leave a review. I"ll start working on Chapter 5 but don't expect it to be up until tomorrow or later.

3/5/12 - Chapter 5 is complete! However I've decided to revise and revamp my first 4 chapters to match Chapter 5's more serious writing style before I upload Chapter 5. Also I noticed a few inconsistencies that I want to fix. So hopefully if my mom stops bugging me about my homework I'll be able to get that up for you guys before the day is over!

P.S. I did some brainstorming and came up with some ideas to incorporate into the story to make it more engaging, interesting, and to make it last a little longer so I'm excited to see how it all turns out. Stay tuned!

3/9/12 - I'm grounded! So that means this story will be going on a hiatus for an unspecified amount of time! I'll still be writing(on paper) So when I finally do come back I should have at least 3-4 consecutive chapters for you guys!(early spring break gift) Until then!

3/12/12 - Chapter 6 is about halfway finished! Hopefully I can upload it sometime tomorrow. If not then Thursday. This is a busy week for me(Standardized testing. Fuck it). And I've got to bring my grades up before the quarter ends(I'm so screwed) Once I get this chapter up I'll probably won't post another until next weekend or so.

3/17/12 - Alright tomorrow is the day. I promise. I've just finished revising chapter 1(I'm really happy with it now) and Chapter 2 is in the works. I'm adding a lot more fluff to make the characters less two dimensional. I'm going to take a crack at writing a song for PB and Marcy(hopefully my songwriting skills aren't too terrible) but tomorrow all the revisions will be complete and Chapter 6 will be complete and I'll upload them all. I might be up all night trying to finish them but oh well.! It's been way too long since Chapter 5! I apologize for this! Keep and eye out tomorrow!
