Happy Valentine's Day! Here's a little treat with a sweet alone moment between our favorite mad scientist and genius redhead. Just a short Okabe x Kurisu one-shot I wrote in like an hour-I have no regrets. :)

Ladybug twisted her head and offered a glance at Cat Noir. A part of her wanted to laugh. After all the trouble he has caused her, the number of times she worried she was not going to make it out alive, all the instances she had to bail him out and the ego trips…he did this.

Continuation of "The Distant Valhalla". According to the girl there's nothing between 2011 and 2025 but pure white. It's up to Okabe to fill in the blanks by fighting fate and SERN to get her back.

Kurisu smirks at the thought. "Maybe the Organization did get to me after all. After all, you're the only thing on my mind as of late." -Post De-ja Vu, where Okabe and Kurisu come together to recognize their feelings.

When Okabe shows up to Kurisu's hotel room because he needs a place to stay, it forces the two of them to look at their relationship and what it takes to be together. Post Déjà Vu.

Okabe wakes up in the future, but twenty years of experience has helped Kurisu grow used to that by now.

Kurisu knows there is something she hasn't done - an occurrence that formed, but was snatched away from her in every worldline. She uses this opportunity to amend this. Steins;Gate has chosen that she will finish that memory.

Kurisu knows, at age nineteen, that her heart had never really belonged in America in the first place. Okabe/Kurisu.

I couldn't feel anymore, I couldn't hear anything, I couldn't even comprehend the situation I was in; there was no desire in me, and no drive. I don't even know if sitting here was something I wanted to do. I was just...empty. ...I just hate it. I hate this human emotion known as vulnerability.
